Great Movie

I love this movie. It is really well done, it makes people care about a movie when normally they would never watch because they dont like elves and orc filled movies. It has plot holes here and there, however I left happy. Worth watching.

What would I have done, is the question I was left asking myself while watching. Really good movie, thought provoking and stout. Also goes to show how small the world is. Give this movie a watch.

Enter, Nic Cage, been the butt of several jokes, but when you sit down and watch this movie, hes totally different, he does not feel weird and quirky, hes solid, like a rock. Empty almost and hating what hes doing but you can tell he needs to do it to sleep better. Not a wonderful film, but definitely worth a watch if you hate scumbags.

Ruination (2017)

I caught this movie at a film festival and immediately fell in love, it had a raw story with a fantasy story combination approach that worked really well for what it was. As a victim of mental illness, this film really hit me. Gave me things to think about, such power. You can tell its an low budget movie and I hope to be able to see more work from this director. I wonder how much they had to pay for the music playing during the movie, it was really good and meshed really good. Seeing the film was dedicated to someone made the film give me even more real feelings for it. After that the movie showed information about suicide rates and it was brutal to see the reality, I hope this movie helps someone one day. I have looked on Youtube for the movie and have been unable to find it, I hope that one day it is there. Keep an eye out for it and watch it!

Weak writing and Poor Direction

Being a fan of independent movies, and sub-par horror, I was excited to give this a try. After watching the film I was let down. Poor sound, weak story, and a slacking director. The main couple of the film, Alex and Adam, could have been so much more if the director would have focused, especially the girl, she did not retain her character well in points of the movie but they carried the movie at the same time so I have to blame the director there. The killer was lacking. Mask was great. Terrible kills, even for low budget.
