Watch Dogs: Legion (2020 Video Game)

It's an ok game in my opinion. I think the story is pretty boring and predictable. Before the big reveal I had already figured out who was behind the bombings. It's not a bad story but I just didn't care about it. I didn't care about the things I had to do. Didn't care about any of the characters. Such a shame cuz I think the game has great potential. When it comes to the gameplay, it gets a bit better. I think it's fun but they could have done a bit more if you ask me. All the missions are basically the same. You have to go somewhere, hack your way into a building, do the same puzzle you did every mission before this one, fight off some enemies, escape and try to loose the cops. There was I believe only one mission that was different from the rest. Best mision in the entire game.

I'd give this game a 6,5. I think they could have done way more with such an interesting concept.

Good gameplay, not so good story

Combat is pretty good. You can take on your enemies however you want. Guns blazing or picking them off one by one. Hand to hand combat or molotov's, it's up to you. That's what the game does very well. Especially taking on the hordes can be a lot of fun. You really need to scope out the area and plan your attack before you engage with the horde. But then there's the story. The story is pretty cliche. Not surprising and waaaaay too long. They could have cut the story in half and it would still be long enough. The characters are alright. The main character Deacon is the only one that's a bit interesting. Such a shame that the story was bad. Cuz a good story could have made this game an amazing experience. Now it was just alright.

Amazing first 3 seasons

The first 3 seasons are great! Not only are they hilarious but they also include more serious topics. They balance this really well. The fourth season is alright. It's not as funny as the first 3 but the story is interesting enough. The last season was a bit of a disappointment. The comedy was almost completely gone and the story got boring. Only the final idk like 3 episodes were alright. I do recommend this show. The acting is great, the characters are well written and the first 3 seasons are hilarious.

Red Dead Redemption II (2018 Video Game)

One of the best stories in video game history

Is this game a flawless masterpiece? No. It has its flaws. But which game doesn't? The story... wow. I have never experienced such a well written, emotional and complex story as the story of Arthur Morgan. Arthur is an extremely complex individual and you can really feel the battle he's fighting with himself. I won't go into spoilers but if story is the most important part of a game for you, this is definitely a game you should play. The combat is decent. The guns feel good. But it's pretty slow. Mission design is not great. You really have to play the mission like Rockstar wants you to. There is no way to to take on a mission the way you want to. Exploring is a lot of fun! There's something to find in every corner. And visually the game is stunning.

Horizon Zero Dawn (2017 Video Game)

Masterpiece

I loved every second of this game. The graphics are insanely good. It's absolutely beautiful. The combat is amazing. It runs super smooth and there are so many different options on how to take on your enemy. There are a lot of different weapons, outfits, skills and modifications. The only thing is that the melee combat feels a little underdeveloped. The story is very interesting. It isn't too long which is the case in most open world games these days. But you can complete the story in between 15 to 20 hours on your first play through. The main character Aloy is amazing. She is very complex but not in an annoying way if you know what I mean. But the games biggest strength is it's enemies. You really have to plan your attack. Learn the weakness of each robot and use different skills. It's amazing. You should defiantly play this game.

The Last of Us: Part II (2020 Video Game)

Amazing.

Personally I absolutely loved the game. The combat is phenomenal. It's a massive upgrade compared to the combat of the first game. It's super smooth and feels rewarding. The AI is also greatly improved. The graphics are insanely good. And then there is the story. Playing as Abby wasn't my favourite moment. I would have preferred her section to be a bit shorter and focus more on Ellie. But I understand why they did it. Besides the fact that I don't like Abby, the story is amazingly written. The acting is the best I have ever seen in a game. I highly recommend this game.

Ghost of Tsushima (2020 Video Game)

Not bad

The combat is amazing. But the story was a bit boring to me. It had its moments but it didn't have me on the edge of my seat. The characters were interesting and very well written. I do recommend this game if you are a big samurai fan. If not, it's still worth picking up for the combat.
