Totally Killer (2023)

Bloody great intertaiment

Now here is a movie that someone took time to think about whilst writing they came up with something original ,not just a slasher film I won't waste your time reading what I think spend the same amount of time enjoying this there is a great deal of this type of stuff out there but not a great deal is as entertaining as this effort all the cast are perfect for the part they have to play hopefully the producer won't decide that there needs to be a series set as a part two to whatever let it go at what has been accomplished unless they can add something more to the premise Cheers and enjoy Al Watts.

I have watched some shockers in the past but this one takes top billing. As another reviewer states a (no ship is ever seen) they never leave the island the female actors are not only super plain but can't act Anthony Dexter (Captain Kidd and the Slave Girl) miles apart from this mess Lon Chaney king of the b minus movies the best feature of the film was the closing credits and this won't be of any interest to anyone who actually enjoyed this it took me four attempts to finish it I am still looking for a colour print of Captain Kidd and the Slave Girls also The Lading In The Iron Mask (got it in Germain am at present attempting to get the soundtrack from the black and white copy onto the colour eith that or learn to speak Germain Cheers happy viewing Al Watts Australia.

This total mess has to be the 2nd worst film I have ever seen (Icant't remeber a worse one but there must have been another at some time) I can't spoil this by telling you anything about it as the lead actotor and (who is the director has already done this) I must have a visit to a shrink to see why I finished up watching it all the way through just as a matter of intrest (this is not a spoiler) two seperate scenes in two seperate parts of the film have the same grass waving in front of the camera enough said attempt to watch it then you will know what I mean Cheers Al Watts.

Hey for a short moment I thought this might not be too bad even though the female leads accents amost drove me insane (then a gain they must have as I watched all the movie) no phones. No wyfi, no computer no internet nowonder the staff were having it off. Ok no phone well we have a Doctor turn up to treat one of the staff (called by yje owner using a phone they dont have then the Dr hand her his card and tells her to call him anytime. Girlfriend of the owners car just dissapears as does the doctors hell why go on its a c grade at best Al Watts.

I had to go back and read what The first reviewer on the list wrote as I must have missed the part where he was given a drug which induced the hallucinations he was supposed to experience had three goes at that, he must have seen another version anyway back to what I saw Do we really need more films about sick people torturing and killing others I don't think so. Exploration films have a place most belong in the trash bins. having said that don't get any ideas about me being narrow minded I am up for most anything but I am amazed when at the end in the credits was a message Thanks For Watching should have read thanks for lasting the distance it was heavy going but had a satisfactory ending (I liked it anyway) all in all a disturbing film one that I will file away with Tusk and a couple of others. If you enjoyed this you need to see someone Al Watts

ITS ABOUT ONE OF THE SLOWEST MOVIES I HACVE EVER VIEWED I TOOK THREE GOES AT WATCHING IT THE ONLY REDEEMING FACTOR IN THIS MESS IS THE ACTOR WHO HAS THE GREATEST SENSE OF DIRECTION KNOWN TO MANKIND. STAMINA ENOUGH TO SWIM FOR MILES,AVOID SWARMS OF SHARKS MAKE IT ASHORE THEN DECIDED HE IS A BIT OFF COURSE SO BACK IN THE WATER AND HONES IN AT THE RIGHT SPOT IF THIS FLOATS YOUR BOAT HAVE A GO AT IT BUT MAKE CERTAIN YOU HAVE A LIFE PRESERVER GET READY TO JUMPAL WATTS

WELL WHAT CAN i SAY ABOUT THIS. i LOVE A WESTERN AND EVEN THOUGH I LOVE A WESTERN AND THE BIG TRACE IS A GREAT COUNTRY SINGER IN THIS MOVIE HE HAS A LOT MORE TO SAY THAN IN BADLANDS. PICTURE THIS A CAMP WITH TENTS THAT APPEAR TO BE SHEETS DRAPED OVER SOME TYPE OF FRAME WITH LANTERNS BURNING INSIDE LATE SAME CAMP BUT JUST A COUPLE OF THE TENTS OF WHATEVER THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE IF YOU PLAN ON MAKING A CHEAP MOVIE AT LEAST DO WHAT YOU CAN.WE HAVE A TRACKER SENT OUT TO TRACK DOWN THE PARTY THAT THEY HOLD RESPONSIBLE ( NO SPOILER HERE) ITS BEEN BUCKETING DOWN ALL NIGHT BUT NO PROBLEM FOLLOWING A TRAIL UNTIL SOME TIME IN THE DARKNESS OUR TRACKER CLAIMS TO HAVE LOST THE TRAIL (NO WONDER ITS PITCH BLACK) NOT CERTAIN THEY DISCUSSED HOW LONG THIS TRACKING WAS TO TAKE BUT AS USUAL WITH MOST WESTERNS THERE IS NO BEDROLLS AT BACK OF THE SADDLE'S AND SADDLE BAGS ARE IN SHORT SUPPLY SO ALL I CAN GUESS IS THEY WERE GOING TO LIVE OFF THE LAND OR GO HOME EARLY TO THE DIRECTOR THROWING IN A FEW SEX SCENES DOES NOT CUT IT THESE DAYS SO A BIG YAWN TO THOSE PARTS ALL IN ALL IT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER PERFORMANCES WERE ON THE WHOLE SLIGHTLY BETTER THAN ATROCIOUS SO I GAVE IT TWO STARS DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU AL WATTS

I thought that the day of the good western was still around the corner this mess proves that its not around the corner nor is it anywhere is sight. How it took a bunch of people to write this I have no idea it names three and tells you there may be more guilty of inflicting this on the viewing public.I on't spoil the ending because thats the best part (when the finishing credits roll by) picture a cowboy on a horse we are to believe he has come a long way looking at the absence of any real dust, then the fact he has no bed roll. (the saddle bags seem to come and go ) but as far as having anything to cook with,to sleep on or at some time change a shirt which he does ther is nothing to sustain him come forward a little (that's if you haven't turned it off like i should have)he is asked by the girl (there is always a girl) where is is spending the night to which he answers I will sleep out(what on?)still no food still no blankets cooking gear man this cowboy is tough the town is also a classic there are so many people walking back a forth carts coming down the street its one busy little place in the part of where you and I read the goofs ther is something about the church one better than the one mentioned is that the villains are only a few steps away when the church caves in you would not want to go there on a Sunday with the candles lit. Look if you want excitement don't pick this shocker try an o;d episode of Rawhide.

Escape Room (I) (2017)

Waste of time

Nearly terminated this after about ten mins there were no sub. titles and nothing in English I should have as the remaining time was a was of time better spent doing something else. The characters are the usual formula type slasher fodder and you have no real empathy for any of them. The best acting award goes to the person chained up as it does not utter a word so you don't need to laugh at the mindless crap issuing from the mouths from the rest of the cast An example of this is he's looking at my boobs well after that was said I tried looking myself and could not see whatever the creature could see. skipping through the rest of the time wasting saga (here comes a spoiler( we have the guy who runs the place just walking away no detention by police just up and walks away (really)after I concined the disc to a pile I use to sit drinks on to protect the wood on furniture I wish that I had,had something to protect me from this mess. You have been warned Al Watts

Not going to say much about this action plus thriller except why did Mike Banning scream into the phone his name complete (Mike Banning)? the terrorist were willing to stop at nothing to get the president and he gives them a leg in, he can't imagine them finding his family and using them hell Hollywood has made a lot of movies with that as a formula still having said that the crew of the helicopter that tell us that its sacrifice for the sake of the president I would have wanted to take a vote on that suggestion. Great transfer to DVD

Firearms used during the filming of this movie are of the highest end of the scale the villen manages to fire 21 shots from his six gun at the conclusion of the film the Cavalry are so ahead of their time that they have winchsters when only single shot carbines were available, having said that this is a brutal violent western with lots of blood,sweat and glaring at each other it is hansomely filmed even the Eastman Cloour is exceptable in fact if you like Spaghetti westerns with some grunt this ones for you Alan Steel has a change of outfits trading in his Pirate outfits and Togas for the blue of the Union army. Don't pass this one up enjoy Al Watts
