Big Wolf on Campus (1999–2002)
10/10
Easily one of my favorite TV shows of ALL TIME
24 January 2012
As you may already know, Big Wolf is about a popular high school jock who gets attacked by a werewolf and befriends the geeky goth kid at school to help him with his "wolfy" side. Together they fight evil monsters that come into town. It's a formula that's been used hundreds of times. However, I think this is one of best.

It stands out from the rest of the shows & movies that have this same type of thing. Not because of one specific reason but, for so many. It just works. The main actors work so well together. I think the biggest reason this show is great is the humor. It definitely does not take itself seriously but, in a good way. It has the same type of humor that Buffy the Vampire Slayer does. A lot of pop culture references and even though this came out over 10 years ago, the jokes are still relevant.

I know it will probably never happen but, I wish that they would come out with DVDs. I think it would build a new fan base, especially with all the vampire/werewolf/zombie stuff that's popular right now. Also, it's a show that a person of any age would like. It was probably made for ages 10-16 but, it really is entertaining for all ages.

Norman running around the Quarter - awesome
28 December 2011
I'll admit - I only watched this movie for Norman but, I ended up liking it. In the end, Norman's acting can make any movie appealing. But that wasn't the case with this one. He wasn't the only one doing a good job. I feel that most of the actors in this movie were up to par. The first thing that got my attention is that it takes place in Louisiana. Always cool to see people running around the French Quarter. Also very cool to see Mandeville pop up, you don't see that as often. I'm not quite sure that that part was actually filmed in Mandeville but still cool to see the name pop up at the bottom of the screen. I'm not usually into these types of movies but, I liked this one because it was twisty and the ending really did surprise me.

Metal Evolution (2011–2014)
9/10
Excellent!!!
16 December 2011
If you are a fan of metal in any kind - YOU MUST SEE THIS. However, it is interesting for people that don't even like metal music. My sister is not a fan but, she's almost more into this show than I am. I love metal and I love the fact that this show explores all the different genres. I hate the fact that people that don't like metal think it's all just violence and anger. For some bands it is but, however, there are so many different forms of metal that some people would even be surprised to learn that certain bands are even considered metal. The cool thing about this show is that even if there is a band that I absolutely hate on it, it's equally as interesting and entertaining when there's a band I love. This is one the greatest shows on TV right now and I hope that it can open at least one person's eyes to what metal really is.

A Simple Drama
15 December 2011
This movie starts off very slow. After watching a couple minutes, I thought to myself, if this movie doesn't get super exciting soon, I'm going to turn it off. However, I found myself getting into it. It's not a super thrilling or exciting movie. It's simple. It's just about a young man and how he's dealing with life. He's had some bad things happen to him and this movie just shows you how he's trying to deal with it. It's a simple drama. It starts off boring but, by the end you feel like you've watched something real. People dealing with real problems in mostly real ways. It's very easy to relate to the characters, especially Van (Norman Reedus) and Doug (Chad Lowe). It won't be the best movie you've ever seen but, it's definitely worth watching at least once. Definitely a must watch if you're a Norman Reedus fan.
