Such a great podcast from 2 good friends of mine. Their knowledge of film is great and the chemistry between each other is perfect for a podcast. Recommend 100%

WHAT?

What was going on? I didn't understand a single thing in this damn movie. Even Sony didn't like it, so they tried selling it to Netflix and they didn't want it either. Why was this made? It is an unfunny, poorly made, terrible mess which shouldn't have even been in the pre production stage.

Instant classic

This movie flawed me in every way; from the directing to the performances, everything is perfect. Heath Ledger gives one of the best performances in history and he delves into the character by becoming him off set and that helped him with his performance. No actor can be as good Heath Ledger as joker and replace him. Christian Bale is my favourite batman and always will be, but if they casted Jon Hamm as batman my mind may be changed.

Overall this is a perfect movie from beginning to end with no faults to it

Warning: Spoilers
I just watched shape of water and this t was wierd. This isn't a normal movie you come across and this is definitely unique in its own way. The art style is amazing and the cinematography is great. The performances are equally great especially Sally Hawkins. She brought something to the role no one else could bring to the table. The make up and hairstyling is trumendous and deserves some attention. But as I said the title this film is wierd. She has intercourse with the asset/fish man for some reason and it is really wierd. She pleasures herself every morning again for no reason. I wouldn't recommend this for kids because there are some touchy subjects like beastiality and other things. But overall I thought this was a great film and deserved all of its praise

Warning: Spoilers
So I watched daddy's home 2 and it is uhhhhhh. I don't know what to think of it to be honest. I'm thinking it's good and bad but I'm going with good first. The chemistry is great between Will Ferrell and Marky Mark and this movie is entertaining at most. The bad now. MEL GIBSON, he is there just to get a pay check otherwise he doesn't need to be here. John Lithgow was one of the most annoying characters in this whole film and he just over acted to point where I was thinking "STOP". We went to see this in a cinema with no heating and this is a Christmas movie. Imagine how I felt. I was irritated by how cold it was in the screening and then seeing snow on screen made it feel worse. For some reason two UNDERAGE CHILDREN GET DRUNK ON EGGNOG. Where are the parents? They leave a bowl of eggnog sitting there when they know the kids want to try it. Are they stupid? Sara is in constant completion with Megan's step sister to the point where she goes wherever she goes. She steals and she try's being prettier than her. A sub plot is that Will Ferrell's mom gets a divorce with his dad for some reason and it is never touched later. I think it is fine and entertaining but as a movie it is just trying to grad money when they can

justin lin did well
17 November 2016
star trek beyond is a well done movie produced by JJ abrams this time and he is not directing it. the thing I didn't love about the last ones is the lense flares and this doesn't have this. the characters improve every movie they make. the chemistry between spock and bones is funny and entertaining to watch. krall played by idris elbra was unexpectedly well thought out as a character not just as a villain. krall is a menace to society which was a good thing to do. there are no scenes which I got bored because if action wasn't on screen, there was character development in the scenes which didn't include action in. the movie was generally funny and quirky with some home spreaded in-between the awesomeness of the visuals. overall Justin lin did the franchise justice with his one off directing in the star trek universe. the characters had good chemistry and the visuals were great as always.
