I do not understand why so many of these ratings are plainly not stating what is grotesquely inappropriate. The child was overly sexualized from the moment she came onto the screen! All of these hinted undertones of inappropriate relationship between an adult and a child or disturbing! There is never a point where he corrected her actions, or at least attempted to say that he felt that they were inappropriate. To have her dancing in lingerie, singing, "like a virgin touch for the first time", professing her love (uncorrected), telling the concierge that the man was not her "father" but instead "her lover", and seemingly having a mourning after scene this film takes the cake for hiding in plain sight! The storyline has so much potential to be great, but the uncomfortably cringe he sexual undertones made a lot of with the film could've been diluted. Had the rider spent more time concerned with making the movie actually makes sense (such as a bomb, going off and within seconds him being able to put on a police uniform, with no police even entered the apartment) the film could have been a masterpiece. It makes me point out the fact that unfortunately a lot of people are more concerned with money than right and wrong. There should never be a situation where a child is asked to present sexual undertones in a scene with an adult! Wow!

I FOUND THID TO BE 100% relatable!!! Omg I laughed and I cried and the cringe was necessary because I'm life not everything starts off as beautiful as it will be it just needs to be polished and fine tuned (aka their parents)! Love is love and this was amazing! I have dealt with people inappropriately referencing things about my culture in an ignorant manner so I'm glad from both sides it was depicted & there was a resolution in the end! I personally am glad the chemistry was really natural and not forced between Jonah and Lauren!! Every couple may not outwardly look to be a perfect in your eyes but that doesn't mean it couldn't be one💜!!! Great movie!

Who EVER thought MARTIN should play this role was OUT OF IT! Martin isn't a bad actor but he IS NOT EYE CANDY AT ALL! The movie lacked for me because of it! I can't see Martin as a player AT ALL. He got a 16yr old body with a 28 yr old face. Who casted him?! The chicken king would've been a better choice than him geez! The movie lost major points for that!

Terrible first of all the story was rushed along and many details were skipped. The movie is so focused on hair it forgets that the viewers are watching for a story. She cut her hair and suddenly she's no longer boujie! She called the little girl ugly basically but when she cut her hair I guess her person life magically went away too BULL CRAP! The guy leaves her after she breaks up with him! If she was like a first date why stay with her for two years. Just stupid .... stupidly ever after.
