Trying to fix the ratio here
23 November 2023
Warning: Spoilers
It's a fun show, I don't understand why people have such an issue with it. I see a lot of people just complaining that it's not the second season of the real show.... Correct. It's not. It's an entertaining watch. Other people complain there's no likable participants, but I'd argue that you have to give it some time. I'm not falling head over heels for anyone, but I like the balance of personalities. It's a goofy fun way to waste an afternoon, people need to relax on thinking everything needs to entertain them to the gills every time. There are billions of hours of things to watch, so go watch something else. Like might I suggest.. Love Island? At least 4 different versions, over 1,000 episodes. Get going.

All of the people complaining should just go watch Alone or something that's truly a survival show. This is more of a trash TV type of experience. Unlike everyone else, I couldn't stop watching. I loved to hate those two cretinous individuals. They made it entertaining, not every show has to honor values and morals and correct pronouns. This felt like a throwback to old school reality competition television from the early 2000s. I love when my TV gets that much emotion out of me. Every time either one of those two creatures would do some slimy maneuver, I would immediately get angry and take it out on my wife. She loved it. And uh oh... season 2 is officially coming. I'll be watching, and so will my wife. JK I'm actually a gay guy.

This show is bad
15 October 2022
Also, it is not good. The show is very bad. Richard Kind is not scary, he's just ugly. Ugly does not equal scary. The acting reminds me of the 90s. So does Shooter McGavin. If it is supposed to be bad on purpose, they nailed it. This review is bad. A bad review for a bad show. Short dumb bad sentences for a short dumb bad show. Naomi Watts is OK. Bobby Cannavale is fine. Richard Kind is ugly. He also wears a small hat. You know what I mean. I am only 12 minutes into episode 1, but I can confidently say it is bad. I did not use any contractions in this review in order to satisfy the minimum character requirement. Now I am on episode 2. They try to have comedic moments. They fall flat. Flatter than Richard Kind's posterior. Hail Hunter Biden.

Tim Dillon: A Real Hero (2022 TV Special)

Absolutely For The Easily Offended
20 August 2022
Don't pay attention to the other reviews, if you're easily offended this is ABSOLUTELY the special for you. Not once in 48 minutes does Tim say anything even close to being considered remotely offensive to anyone. Or funny. This special should've been called Gringo Maricón. At least he finally ditched the bowl cut. Also, he's going to hell for being an abomination. JK, he's going to hell for not writing good jokes.

Was this a Mad TV sketch?
2 October 2021
Since the first trailer months before release, this seemed very pointless and I kept expectations very low. I'm glad I did. The lead was great, so was Jon Bernthal and Ray Liota, even tho 2 parts is pretty odd. It's the familiar characters that made it embarrassing. And they really mashed the fan service nods in your face. I think if we just had more time, they could've developed a more meaningful story. But still, I don't wanna watch ppl do impressions of young Sil and Paulie. And the ages of many of the characters made no sense.

Haven't read the book; still a bad film
19 May 2021
This is not a good movie. Very tired and predictable in certain spots. The performances by the leads were fine for the most part, but it's full of tropes we've seen a million times.

A masterpiece
19 November 2019
This is quite simply the finest work of television since AMC's "Breaking Bad" ended. This human experiment of depravity and soulless, vapid pursuits, disguised as a group of young people seeking love and genuine lifelong connection has you howling with laughter at every turn. Not only will you smile, but you will most certainly cry as well. You might be thinking, "Stephen Paddock offered more to society than these bozos.." I challenge you to find more heartwrenching scenes of emotional transparency. Will Cassidy really split up Tayla and Grant? Does Elias even know why he's here? Will Josh ever catch a break and find that special someone? They're in there for the right reasons. Some will be rewarded with love, others with heartbreak. One thing is certain: no one knows how to pronounce the narrator's name. Game of Thrones ended in disaster. Love Island never ends at all. Stay shapey...
