B level from beginning to end. Nonsensical random scenarios that were poorly acted, it seemed like the cast was literally reading a script. No character or storyline build, so there was no empathy or relatability. The characters were short cutted to attempt to develop a sense of who the person is, however the dialogue was so forced, the amateurish nature of the actors was palpable. The ending offered no explanation or decisive conclusion, like ending a statement mid sentence. It just didn't make sense College level cinematography comes to mind, combined with high school level action. I feel like that's even and insult to high school actors.

Too many unanswered questions
21 October 2023
Warning: Spoilers
If this guy does a five year stint in prison. How are his kids the same age when he goes in, as when he gets out? That's the first question. Secondly there is a huge gap as to the role of the police officers in the movie. There was no outcome concerning whatever act he at committed. They just kind of left that whole scenario hanging. Thirdly, she shoots a wolf, and later tells the main character that she shot the so called antagonist of the story, to which he responds with the antagonist already being dead. We later see what could potentially be the the previously mentioned on a boat. This is never really explained either. Poorly written randomness, with nothing coming to any kind of solution or head.
Not for everyone

In response to the first review. I would encourage you to speak your truth, but to do so with love and kindness. I don't believe you can blame a marginal movie for people being pushed away from belief, but rather the lack of kindness, hypocrisy, and poor attitudes of those who do believe. We are called to lift up good things and principles not to pick holes in them and. Publicly shame our brothers and sisters. This movie wholely accomplished something innately good. It's not for everyone, and certainly was not the best writing or acting, but It had a clear and engaging storyline and narrative. Although I would not give it a glowing review, I will say in my opinion it was much more engaging and believable that its predecessors. The start was a bit slow, but began to build within the first 15 minutes.

It's not because of the movie

Be warned much of this movie is NOT in english. Had I known that originally, I probably would have forgone it. I don't know what percentage is in Dutch, but it took quite a while for someone to speak english. I would have given it a higher rating had it not been for such.

unconventional and awesome

This movie kept it interesting almost the entire way through. The twist at the end was awesome. I've never seen anything like it. The deep implications of addiction and resolution are insanity. This was well thought out and executed.

Fake reviews

It is really is disheartening when people give fake reviews and decieve the general public into believing they are in for a good experience when the exact opposite is true. This movie was a horrible disaster and an insult to any viewer with any kind of sensibility. The fake reviews fooled me. I wish I would have read through all the reviews before deciding to watch this. At least that way I would have gotten some entertainment out of the situation.

True to life for those who can relate
25 March 2018
This felt very real. I absolutely disagree with the previous assessment of it being boring and lacking chemistry. This is reflective of a time when we took time to enjoy things and each other. Not caught up instant gratification or a heated rush to a climax. If 30 minutes drives you insane concerning anticipation and intimacy... your'e probably missing out imho. We must realize that things such as these are relative to ones taste and life experience, so you can't make a blanket judgement because what might be insanity for you, may be joy for another.

Terrible all the way around
20 July 2016
This movie is absolutely horrific. From the acting, to the script, to the camera work. Obvious flaws in actor choices as well. Inconsistencies in the events that took place that were obvious oversights, were an insult one's intelligence. Completely non credible. I'm not sure what good a movie is, if you cannot be drawn in for the lack credible and convincing characters. No character build up, so you don't get a sense of relating to one character or another. The sets were also unconvincing, as you may see characters walking in a particular area, then the camera shows the higher vantage point and its obviously an entire different environment. The concept is good, but execution was poorly done.
