The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes: A Day Unlike Any Other (2011)
Avengers Assemble
To begin with, let me state that I'm not the biggest fan of comic books; before this show, I had never read a comic (Currently Reading Fantastic Four). This animated Marvel TV series came highly recommended when searching for others. I wanted something with the Avengers similar to the Justice League because I'm a major fan of DC Animated TV Series and Movies. Every great Avengers member was presented in this first season, complete with extensive backstories. It also taught me about a ton of comic book characters and plots that I was unaware of or that varied greatly from the MCU. For instance, I had no idea that Iron Man and Antman were the original creators of Ultron. It's unbelievable that I missed this show's Disney XD premiere. I used to watch Disney XD constantly, mostly to watch Naruto Shippuden. This show is a must-watch for any fan of the Marvel Cinematic Universe because it will reveal several intriguing themes that will likely pique your interest in reading comic books.
Yu-Gi-Oh!: The Final Duel: Part 4 (2004)
Yugi Vs Atem
I finally finished Yugioh after 244 episodes. I never finished Yugioh as a youngster because, like many other kids, I would watch it randomly on Kids WB one week and then again the next. I used to collect Yugioh cards as a kid, and it's still my favorite hobby to this day. Let me begin by mentioning that the duel between Pharaoh Atem and Yugi is highly entertaining, and some interesting moments occur during the duel. It was heartbreaking to see Yugi and the rest of the gang cry, but it had to be done. As a long-time fan of the card game, I can finally say that I finished this anime. It's inconsistent at points, and the plot doesn't always make sense, especially in the fifth season, but because I grew up with the program and the card game, I can honestly say that this is one of the top five anime of all time. The next step is to view the YU-GI-OH Japanese version since, while the 4Kids DUB is famous, I know there are differences between the original anime and the 4Kids. Pharaoh Atem, until next time.
Justice League: Starcrossed: Part III (2004)
Great Series Finale
Excellent episode to round up the series. Lots of action, and the plot wraps off nicely with a few loose ends. What will happen to Hawkgirl? Will the Justice League gain a new member? Will the watchtower be fixed? I'm fresh to the DCAU. I've seen all of the series in order up to this point, and I can honestly say that DC is fantastic at animated films and shows but terrible at live action, but that's a topic for another time. Aside from that amazing episode with a lot of action packed moments, this episode depicts the relationship between Hawkgirl and Green Lantern take an unexpected turn. Everything appears to be good when the Thanagarians arrive on Earth, but they say an invasion will occur, and everything isn't as it appears when Hawkgirl uncovers that the Thanagarians intend to blow up the earth and the Justice League intends to stop them. Great episode to cap up the series, and I'm really looking forward to Justice League Unlimited.
Justice League: Wild Cards: Part II (2003)
GL AND HAWKGIRL FINALLY
This episode confirms Hawkgirl and Green Lantern's relationship in liking each other and it's fantastic. In the previous episode, we saw Green Lantern getting hurt and Hawkgirl worrying about him and expressing her feelings to him, so this episode beautifully wraps up the tension between them. Also, the Joker plot ties up reasonably well. I expected more, but I enjoyed the mind control plot joker had. I wish there was more to it since it was a very nice plot and I wanted more from it. Overall, it's a fantastic episode, and Joker delivers an outstanding performance. The royal flush gang makes an appearance. The last time I saw them was in Batman Beyond, so I'm not sure if it's a fan service moment or if we'll see them again in future episodes.
Justice League: Comfort and Joy (2003)
A Merry Justice League Christmas
Fantastic Christmas episode featuring the Justice League having a good time. After bonding over a snowball fight in the mountains, Green Lantern and Hawkgirl are shown traveling to a different world and fighting in a hilarious scene at a bar. The plot of The Flash is quite touching because it follows him attempting to give a toy that is sold out to several children at an orphanage. A Justice League episode wouldn't be complete without at least one villain making an appearance. When Flash appears, Ultra-Humanite starts demolishing a building. Flash breaks the toy for the kids and becomes upset, but he persuades Ultra-Humanite to at least have some Christmas spirit. He fixes the toy and the orphanage children have a happy Christmas. The story of Superman and the Martian Man Hunter is also entertaining; it depicts Superman and the Martian Man Hunter visiting Clark's house in Smallville and demonstrates how lonely the Martian is in real life. However, at the end of the episode, we witness him coming to understand and appreciate the Christmas spirit, as he is heard singing in the end of the episode because he overheard the song at a church. It's also entertaining to watch Clark attempt to use his x-ray vision to examine the gifts despite being filled with lead. The only Justice League episode that isn't a part, this one is a terrific Christmas special overall.
Justice League: Hereafter: Part II (2003)
Superman Into The Future
I can't get enough of time travel stories. I adore the stories that time travel can tell. This is an episode that I really liked. In it, we witness Superman being zapped into the future, when Vandal Savage has destroyed Earth. He and Superman then work together to go back in time and stop Savage from killing Earth. Though I'm not a huge comic book fan, I thought it was fascinating that Superman was able to lose his powers and survive in the wasteland. It was also new to me that he had grown a beard. Because I'm obsessed with the time travel genre, I really enjoyed this episode overall. Back To The Future Meets Superman 😁
Justice League: The Terror Beyond: Part II (2003)
Solomon Grundy Born On A Monday
I'm not the biggest superhero fan but I've been watching a lot of the DCAU and it's making me a huge superhero fan. I haven't wrote a review yet for any episodes on IMDb so here goes. Terror beyond is a great episode because they give Solomon Grundy a great backstory that I didn't know. Solomon Grundys real name is Cyrus Gold and is killed by other people and dumped in a swamp and the villain known as Solomon Grundy is born. I always assumed he was a bumbling idiot so this episode really gives him depth. Hawk girl being nice to Solomon is also great so the ending is that more emotional. Great episode for a great show RIP Solomon Grundy.
He Said She Said (2021)
Tubi Movies Are So Bad There Funny
I have been watching alot of Tubi low budget movies basically a lot of these movies are horrible but I've seen a lot of funny clips of them on YouTube so curiosity got the better of me these movies are horrible with some hilarious moments. He said she said is terrible movie it can be funny at times like when Koi Walks In On ken getting freaky with the secretary is funny AF 😂. The acting is not the worst part of the movie it's the stupid script it was pretty Coherent in the beginning but by the end it feels rushed like who got shot at the end and who's baby is it. Man all these questions got me wanting a part 2 lmao I can believe I actually want a part 2 of this horrible movie but it's so entertaining. Overall if you want to laugh and waste 2 hours of your life watch this.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Capsule Monsters (2006)
Final Filler Arc I Enjoyed
This Yugioh filler is just as fun, like a lot of other filler. I'm reminded of Noah's Virtual Saga when Yugi and the crew get sucked into another realm, exactly like in prior filler arcs. Although this one is regarded as the worst, I don't think it's all that horrible. I adore Yugioh, but I never actually finished the fifth season when I was a kid, so all these filler arcs are quite interesting. I enjoy that the supporting cast members occasionally do something useful, like Tristan and Tea. When Yugi merges with several monsters, the design is awesome. Also makes an appearance is a character we haven't seen since season 1. It's Shadi again. Additionally, Bakuras' millennium ring is seen. Considering that this is the final filler arc of the season, it is not too unpredictable, but I still liked it. The fact that this arc has its own IMDB page also struck me as odd.
Quick Facts This Arc is a USA-only release; it wasn't made available in Japan.
The Challenge (1998)
Great Reality T.V With Blend Of Challenge Competition
The challenge is one of the only reality tv shows that I could still watch and enjoy till this day. It brings a whole roster of Real World, Big Brother, Survivor and other reality tv shows to compete for a hefty amount of money. Challenges and drama are why I enjoy this show and how it managed to keep my attention after all these years. The amount of real life drama and confrontation are unfathomable. The alliances that are formed add to this drama and are cutthroat. You hooked up with my chick? Guess what, lets settle it in an elimination. Two challengers get to fight for their right to stay in the house and whoever wins stays in the house. Whoever loses in an elimination goes home empty handed. Win a Challenge and you're blessed with power which comes in anyway shape or form for that season.
Rush Hour (1998)
Still after all these years is still fresh in my mind
I have watched this movie more times than I can count every single time I watch this movie is like the first time. I watch this movie every year since it came out Jackie and Tucker are Hilarious together not a single scene I do not laugh and now my little sibling will continue to watch this movie till the end of time.
