Captain America: Civil War (2016)
Slight Disappointment, pussificated
A follow up to winter soldier and age of ultron, the movie has a lot of what most of this super hero movies have: its too light at all times. My problem with this movie is it picked up the most annoying boy-ish aspect of the avengers movies: Exaggerated team fights were everyone fights super epic ally and nobody is scratched, guess the friend of iron man got hurt, i can't remember his name. It's got tons of logic mess ups and the physics are so off, everything is too fast. I know marvel wants to attract smaller kids because they increase revenue insanely, specially with the merchandise, but man, you never see gore,
something frightening, or smart chats, just everyone killing mercenaries flawlessly, but can't get a hit on the stronger avenger dudes. Id love to see someone take 2 hits like a champ, but unable to get up, instead of having black widow be hit 400 times and a kick makes her fly 10 meters, hit a wall and nothing happens to her, perfect hair and her face is pretty as usual. In ultron there were 1000 explosions and her face barely had dirt. Everyone gets hit and walks it off, but if somebody hits an obstacle, oh, he is down for the count. What makes an action movie good, is not a lot of action, it's the development of the characters and the small events in between Next movie: Change up your plot twists please. I give it a 6.5
Trevor (1994)
Great acting, a different subject to be talking at the time.
Of course i am talking about coming out of the closet and being accepted by your peers and parents.
The short movie is entertaining to watch, it has a lot of nostalgic 70's music and i must say the boy is a pretty good actor, his voice gives it this odd feeling, it's almost uncomfortable.
I think the only low point the story has is that the focus is absolute on the main boy.
I must say the conclusion gives you a slight thought of well-being for Trevor followed by a foreshadow of what is going to happen with his life once it returns to normal
