The School for Good and Evil (2022)
Why couldn't they have been lesbians?
I liked it. It definitely felt like the two girls would end up together throughout the entire story line. Maybe next time. I'm looking forward to a second movie.
I've not read the book, but this makes me want to. I do like the idea of the love of a friend being the truest love out there. I know I have that with my best friend. I hope everyone has someone in their life willing to do whatever it takes to save them, as both of these main characters did.
One of the main things I disliked was Agatha falling for the boy who thought the only way to be a hero was to kill others because the other was "evil".
I did understand the most evil person's point that celebrating the killing of "evil" has been the slow detriment of the "good".
The Equalizer: Legacy (2022)
Tulsa Race Massacre
I'm so happy to see the Tulsa Race Massacre portrayed in TV and movies now. I hope everyone keeps incorporating all of these travesties in their art so we can all learn from our past and make change in this world.
Ghosts (2021)
Love it!!
I absolutely love this show. I love that they've started talking about the lives of the ghosts before they died and everything. It's one of the few shows where I never miss an episode.
Troop Zero (2019)
My Girl Scouts!
I have a group of "misfit" Girl Scouts who love to burp the alphabet and do anything off the beaten path. This movie hit me right in the feels. These kiddos are nothing but wonderful, and I could relate to the movie in a way those without a group like this can. I absolutely loved it.
I think it's an important message that we can be "weirdos" and still be worth something. Win or lose, we are all important. "We are here!"
