God Is a Bullet (2023)
A Thrilling and Unconventional Journey
Good acting by Maika Monroe and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau. Their on-screen chemistry add depth and authenticity to the characters they bring to life. It delves into the dark corners of human nature and explores themes of redemption, vengeance, and the blurred lines between right and wrong.
While some critics may have found the film slow-paced or tedious, I personally found it gripping from start to finish. So please put back the 36 missing minutes :) While I cannot speak to the specific reasons for the cuts, I can confidently say that the version I watched had my attention throughout.
God Is a Bullet may not be everyone's cup of tea, despite the critical reception, I personally enjoyed the movie.
Spitting Image (2020)
Good for characters
This is great at creating the puppets but scripting is bad. It deserves a 7 just for having most of the clowns running the world casted here :)
We need this back to add more of the clowns missing from first 2 seasons.
Ambulance (2022)
need better thinking writers
Same stupid Hollywood script and endings. Everything goes well and at the end bad guy goes savior and all plans fail :)
Did you know that heists can go well and succeed ?
The Boat (2018)
Great film
This was a big surprise for me since It's hard find any decent films to watch these days. I've watched it a few times and every time it got my attention throughout :)
Great cinematography,score and editing!
I've seen all boat/ship thrillers like Ghost ship, Triangle, Below, Dead calm etc.. and this ranks among the top.
Looking forward for Azzopardi's next feature :)
Truands (2007)
I Liked It : )
I enjoyed watching this film. Powerful acting from the cast and specially from "Philippe Caubère". I hope he does more films in the future in the "crime" category. I would cast him as the villain, bad guy anytime : )
I don't understand the negative reviews not finding a storyline here :) A good film needs to have your attention for its duration, and believe me this film does that.
I'm from LA, the movie capital of the world. Nowadays films are made by the kilo here :) but there is no quality. Give me a dozen "Truands" per year and I'd be a happy audience!!
