Mr Bates vs. The Post Office (2024)
Horizon - A British development
This was a very good portrayal of the saga as I remember it, but understand that the Horizon software in question was developed by a British company (ICL) with direct links to the British government. ICL was later acquired by Fujitsu (in 2002). I'm 3 episodes in and this was not explained.
It's incredible that this is still being investigated. Big Technology, Big Pharma, Big Government. They are never on the side of the small people. This is yet another story about the fight for freedom. This is the technology version of 'Safe and Effective'
Well done to ITV for raising the awareness of this case.
Hiyama Kentarô no ninshin (2022)
Woke tripe
Avoid it like the plague. It's utter drivel.
Only women can be pregnant. The etymology of Woman is Whom Man. Regardless, this is just an awful thing to watch.
Go woke and go broke.
Avoid.
Ted Lasso: Beard After Hours (2021)
Fantastic!
THE best episode. Great change of place and felt like a short-film within a series. Brilliant stuff.
Vigil (2021)
Utter propagandistic tripe
This is painful from start to finish and gets progressively worse from one episode to the next.
Challenger: The Final Flight (2020)
Fakery and propaganda exposed
With these high quality images, it's clear to see the tricks of NASA. Really interesting to look back at this knowing what we know today.
No one ever wants to discuss the parachutes from that day.
Back of the Net (2019)
Peter Crouch must Lead!
I'm a big fan of Peter's lates book (How to be a Footballer), as well as his renowned podcast series. And I'm eagerly awaiting the next book, due in a few weeks (I, Robot).
Crouch is a highly knowledgable, articulate and naturally funny presenter, with a genuine Down-to-Earth take on football. In my opinion, he should take a greater lead in the show, which I feel should revolve around him more so as the main presenter.
There is a lot of potential here, but I don't think the sweet-spot has yet been been hit in this first series, which does feel to me like an early pilot.
