Fantastic, hilarious, entertaining...
14 November 2005
I don't know why is everyone complaining about this film. I mean it may not have the adult elements hidden like the other animations of the past years, but is really funny and good. I loved it because it was clearly a movie for kids, and alltough I'm not a kid I love it. The houses and the cars were in 3D but they have that look of old cartoons that everything is round and chubby, and the houses are a bit deformed, they bent to the side. Disney tried to return animations to children and for me they did it, this movie is fantastic. The only reason that it have a low score in this site is because children did't wrote here what they though.

thrilling!!!

movie is amazing. Those that didn't like it are missing the point of it. The movie is not based in a surprising end and yes in the story itself. You see here an amazing acting job of everyone, especially Jodie Foster. Someone compared it to a Hitchcock movie and this person is absolutely right. In rear window everyone knows from the beginning who the murderer is but the movie continues to be great because of the story of the characters and for they well though psychological problems and not mentioning the great acting. Hollywood today seems to have a need to balance the lake of a good story just putting a surprising ending in the end, that sometimes doesn't even make sense, like hide and seek or war of the worlds. Those movies have god acting and the story is good but the need to put a surprising end in it ruined them. A few blockbusters pleased me these year, this was one of them.

Fantastic!!! The most beautiful film about animal life that I seen.

Warning: Spoilers
This movie surprised me in all aspects, in a good way. I was expecting a child movie about animals that talked, but I saw a beautiful film that has an explicit meaning but isn't boring.

I wasn't very attracted to this movie, it was just when I saw that it was a Jean-Jacques Annaud film that I start considering the chance to watched and I just regret that I didn't saw before.

The photography is amazing and they didn't trained the tigers they directed them. I mean the tigers really act in this movie, and they did a wonderful job.

A fantastic movie.

A beautiful movie about prejudice.

Warning: Spoilers
I watched expecting something good, and saw something amazing. I wasn't surprised that it was good, Iwas surprised that it was that good.

I already knew the work of the director, Eytan Fox, and I saw him as a good filmmaker and this movie just made me see him as a better director.

The acting of Lior Ashkenazi was fantastic he made his change of personality from the insensitive governor assassin to the sensitive and open minded family guy.

A fantastic movie, great writing, great acting, great photography and great directing.

Fantastic

I didn't really wanted to watch this movie when I rented it, but after the first 5 minutes I get so caught up in the story of the characters.

Three fantastic love stories but is more than that, three fantastic human stories. The human being in his most interesting nature, the things that he is able to do for love and how he gets when in love.

The beginning is really fast so is strange when it starts to get really slow, but even though it's great. If the whole movie was as fast as the beginning it wouldn't be as good as it is. I couldn't ask nothing more from this movie, it is great as it is.

A truly good film, something that is very rare nowadays. It is beautiful because of it's beauty and for nothing more.

Beautiful
1 October 2005
Warning: Spoilers
The movie is beautiful, easy yet complex and slow yet interesting. I have just watched and I could see it again a thousand times. You get so involved in the story, is impossible to don't love Kaspar, he is so like a child but at the same time so deep and complex.

His dislike for learning "normal" habits and "logical" thoughts, what was consider stupid, shows beautifully that he is in a way superior to those professors and priests, he understand the world like it is and not like people wanted him to see it.

Whem you see him crying when holding a child, or when he is playing with animals like a child, or when trying to learn simple kids rimes you just fall in love with that person. Is impossible to don't be emotional about this movie, is beautiful.

I noticed that I wrote beautiful a lot of times but is the only word that I can think of to describe it, I'm not gonna use hard and complex words because I'm trying to follow Kaspar's way to live, simplicity make you see the wonderful in the world.
