Over the Garden Wall (2014)

Weirdly Good

I went in watching this with no expectations because I had no idea what it was about. I at first thought it was a strange/random show, but that somewhat intrigued me to keep going. I ended up liking the whole thing with its originality but also the emotions it gives you in the end. It's now a Halloween favorite to watch every year for me AND my family :)

Avengers: Infinity War (2018)

I cried so much

Obviously since this is Thanos we're talking about here I knew the first part wouldn't be as much of a happy ending, but I never expected this. There was of course plenty of action packed scenes, comedic relief, and I was surprised with how well they were able to keep the story going while it was surrounded with SO many different characters. So yes, it was one of the most tragic things I've watched (because I grew up in marvel stuff) but it was such a good movie and I'm so ready for the finale!!!!

The Miracle Season (2018)

Truly Inspiring

I went to see this movie with my volleyball team. We cried a lot, and we got inspired a lot from all the playing and the speeches they made during the movie. It's not just about the sports though, watching a movie about people having to get over the death of someone they care about really hits you in the heart.

Avatar (2009)

Beautifully well done

I've never written a review before, but I just want to say this is my all time favorite movie. Avatar has beautiful scenery and animals, amazing CGI! I overall loved the story, it reminds me of the native Americans that once dominated our land, but of course in Avatar the natives are aliens. It shows a great message of appreciating the land and how humans can be so corrupted sometimes. I wish I could go to Pandora!
