Never Rarely Sometimes Always (2020)
Very moving, realistic film
I've not seen any other film which so accurately takes you through the unwanted pregnancy scenario and it's emotional roller coaster. Women will relate to this film, men can learn from it. The film doesn't explain it all for you, just as in real life nobody is there to do that either.
Unfortunately all the negative reviewers are men, no surprise there. You want to see character growth after an emotional traumatic few days? Get real. It's the journey you should be focused on here, not the destination. You don't like that many men in this film aren't "good"? This is real life and no surprise to women but even somewhat good men behave badly. This is how women are treated in our daily lives. Even some of the female characters are not very supportive. But that's reality, which is what this film so brilliantly captures.
Parfum (2018)
This series is intended for 13 year old pre-pubescent males
This is a disgusting display of misogyny. I love intelligent crime dramas, however in this pathetic display of trauma (and I'm into the third episode) I've yet to come across a female character that does not display tendencies of obsession for sex, being abused sexually and physically, forced into sexual slavery, being obsessed with sex, or being subject of gratuitous nude scenes. This series is intended for 13 year old pre-pubescent males, and not for the broader international curious audiences. A total disappointment.
