Star Trek: Lower Decks: Wej Duj (2021)
100% Trek
This was such a good episode. Watched the whole thing with a smile. Loved seeing the lower decks on the other ships. This is my favourite of all the current treks.
Another Life (2019)
No way is this a 5
Again the reviews don't do this justice. I think this should be an 8, but needs a 10 to balance out the terrible rating
Warrior Nun (2020)
Binged
Good has a lot of potential. Maybe not the next Buffy, but along similar lines. Great production values, costumes and sets
October Faction (2020)
Good fun
I don't get the bad reviews. I found this quite entertaining after the slow start. If you haven't given it a chance give it one
Star Trek: Picard: Absolute Candor (2020)
This is great trek!
I feel I have to rate this every week due to the negativity it's getting. I love it! This is what I dreamed trek would evolve in to. I really love the ships Emergency hologram, made me chuckle. I don't see how anyone could deny this is the best cinematography, writing and acting of any of the franchises. Anyone who believes otherwise are looking at the old series with rose tinted glasses. I've been a life long Trekkie, but never a major Kirk fan. Shatter wasn't the best actor was he? DS9, TNG then voyager. Enterprise was ok but ended poorly. If you want to acuse me of being a bot the I'll show you what squares the traffic lights are in. 'There are four lights! '
Star Trek: Picard (2020)
10 out of 10 as it stands * spoilers
I'm so excited to have such a fresh take on Star Trek. 10 out of 10 for the pilot. I'll probably re rate the series at the end. OPINION :Quite excited to see how the Borg tie in, I assume they being part machine will not agree with star fleets take on synthetics. I can see seven and Hugh being freedom fighters against this romulan group, who seem to be interested in destroying synthetics. I see Picard trying to bring the federation back to the days of TNG as I suspect they have moved to the right, due to the destruction of Mars. I can already see them using a blend of strengths from the previous Star Trek series. TNG's morales, deep space nines political intrigue and voyagers action and excitement

Doctor Who: Demons of the Punjab (2018)
moved to a new level
This show has got so much better with Jody and the new writers. The negative reviews of this new series are crazy! The writing is deeper and more intelligent. Definitely a bit more sci- if and less fantasy. I have a feeling this is not going to be everyone's cup of tea as people would rather watch shows that don't make them think. I myself think morality tales are very important, especially in this day and age.
Frankie Boyle's New World Order (2017)
Is It Really a leftie show?
I have noticed a few comments on here stating that this is leftie drivel. Wrong!
They do however talk about current affairs and look at them from a moral standpoint (It seems that when people talk about human rights abuses this is how they are labelled). Hence the reason they were attacking labour about the anti-Semitism in the party.
Star Trek: Discovery (2017)
Getting soo much better
At the beginning of Star Trek Discovery I was not really enjoying it. As a long time star trek fan I thought the Klingons had been changed too much and that it just didn't seem to be the star trek that I had been watching since I was a child.
I was in no rush to watch the second half of the season and by the time I got to it I had a few episodes saved up.
The second part of the season has been so much better. A lot of questions have been answered and some great story lines with twists. We now understand why it hasn't been vey star treckie , due to Lorka being the Lorka from the mirror universe. In my opinion after Jonathon Frakes directed the first episode after Christmas this series became alive and I now see some great possibilities for the future of the franchise.
Colony (2016)
Underrated Series!!!!!!
Hi I needed to review this as it seems way underrated!Excellent series about a dystopiun future that 'Orwell' and 'Bradbury' would be proud of. Wh intelligent sci-fi doesn't get a better raiting is beyond me. Especially whith some of the cheesy rubbish they put on the syfy channel gets a better raiting. I give it 9/10, but I had to give it 10 to account for the unfair raititng it has.Set in the near future, Colony centers on a family headed up by Holloway and Callies who must make difficult decisions as they balance staying together while trying to survive. They live in L.A., which has been occupied by a force of outside intruders. While some people have chosen to collaborate with the authorities and benefit from the new order, others have rebelled and suffer the consequences
