Evil Aliens (2005)

Terrible in general

The Camera work was extremely bad. The acting was also bad and sounded like it was being read from a script. The story was pure rubbish and the special effects looked like it was made without any kind of budget.

The fact this can even be classed as horror is a joke, it's more like a terrible comedy with the worst costumes for the aliens. The 'horror' scenes are so predictable it's almost boring.

This was clearly aimed at the teenage boy audience since it contains aliens and women showing their bust for 80% of the 'movie'.

If you're looking for a good movie, this isn't it. The only decent bits were with the farmers who added some decent comedic value to the movie, who were soon killed off, making the movie boring again.

Doctor Who (2005–2022)

Not as good as it was.

Peter Capaldi doesn't really fit the role as the Doctor, he isn't eccentric enough for my liking. David Tennant and Matt Smith both did a great job at making the Doctor seem like a strange yet interesting character, Peter just seems to be too straight forward which ruins the mysteries behind the Doctor.

The newer story-lines are getting a bit bland with the Daleks and Cybermen returning constantly throughout the series. I stopped watching towards the end of the last series due to this.

I have to say, the CGI is getting much better as the years go on, but the enemies are getting less unique which is a bit of a shame since they're what makes the show.

Non-Stop (2014)

Amazing Movie!

I have to say, I was expecting this movie to be an all out Action movie. I don't usually enjoy Thrillers but this was absolutely amazing. I loved every second of it. Liam Neeson is a very convincing character and his characters background adds to the story. It was a brilliant movie, however it wasn't the absolute best. The storyline in the movie is pretty good and very gripping. I'd say this is a Thriller/Mystery film with some Action, which overall makes this a pretty interesting movie. I have to say it wasn't the most realistic movie ever made but it was pretty close. I've never seen any Liam Neeson movies before this, but this movie makes me want to watch more of his movies.

Our World War (2014)

Great TV Series!

I thoroughly loved this TV series, very interesting and enjoyable. The only negative thing about it is the effects were lacking slightly, I did notice that the belt on one on the Vickers machine guns wasn't very convincing, slight let down but none the less, still very entertaining and realistic. TV series are usually a let down, however this one was the best one I've seen in a while. Hope they release this on a Box set! The actors were very good and the CGI was pretty good. If they do a mini- series about World War 2, I will definitely watch since this series was amazing, shame about it only being 3 Episodes long. BBC did a very good job at making this entertaining and I have to say, it was a must watch series.
