Very compelling highly entertaining

Don't often write reviews but this one really moved me. So many twists and turns keeping you on the edge of your seat. I tried very hard not to binge watch, but ended up watching it over two days. Congratulations to the writer, what a thoroughly excellent story, one of those series that I will remember for years to come. The only improvement would have been if they could have told the story of one particular character, who had a tragic existence from beginning to end, dying a horrible death. Trying not to spoil it but if you watch it you will know exactly what I mean. Even though its fiction, you feel this individual deserved a better story, an expansion of his character, or at least a happy ending, and it leaves you feeling a bit sad and cheated. Excellent Story overall.

Couples who have made good bragging about their houses and cars.....pffffffff. Switched off after 10 min. I have materially rich friends who would never go to this extent, and who very few people realise have money, those are the true rich, not these wannabes.

Spoiler Alert: Policeman gets a lead, policeman follows lead, policeman hits a dead end.....rinse and repeat... for 2.5 hours. I fell asleep thrice while watching but didn't feel I missed much, but I desperately wanted to see the ending which as it turns out was unsatisfactory. No thrilling ending at all, no identification of killer, no showdown with the hero. I understand it's reality but then why make a movie about it.... feel like I've been conned......What a waste, of my tune and the talents of so many good actors.grrrrrr

Wayward Pines (2015–2016)

Outstanding so far

may contain a spoiler. My kind of movie. First two episodes were good, mystery kept deepening, but in episode three the series just exploded with a major and comopeltely unexpected OMG moment. Absolutely cant wait for episode 4. Love the fact that our hero is a secret service agent which gives him a major edge, and keeps you feeling optimistic about his chances against what are clearly highly organized opponents. Story is different from Twin peaks right from the outset, for one he isn't investigating a murder of a town citizen, and secondly the average town folk are way way weirder than the twin peaks folk. Iop class actors, intriguing story,this series has huge potential. Suspect it will be even more interesting for sci-fi junkies so may not be for everyone.
