Beautiful Story but...
25 July 2023
I love the story and the fact this kid and his family made something of themselves despite the fact that they had SO MUCH against them. I am an addict with 20+ years of being clean and I would hope if this happens to my family that my boys would take care of each other. I wish they made it a little more clear that Rob Spence and coach Simmons were actually the same. I also think a little "leeway" for a brother supporting another brother by the NCAA wouldn't have hurt anyone. Of course the ever degrading Disney would do anything to make it seem r@$!$t. I have love sports movies with a message and this one, showing family should always have each other's backs no matter what the cost, is the best story ever.

False claims of child sexual abuse
18 April 2023
While I'm not saying this was a "good" show about motorcycle gangs I do want to address the first person who says that's the main reason they didn't like the show- it was proven in court that it was false allegations brought on by their noncustodial father in an attempt to get full custody. As a survivor of CSA I would never doubt a child from the jump but it was proven in lower courts and the father tried going all the way to the supreme courts and they upheld it due to the dates that were given, false diary entries, and other things not lining up. The worst thing just short of actually doing the sick acts of CSA is being falsely accused and charged if it. Unfortunately, people jumped to the first conclusion that everyone, including the producers and even his fellow bikers themselves and he ended up going into hiding.

I don't hate this show but it's definitely not a first choice show for me just because of the staged scenes and especially the narrator. I don't like any extra "set ups" in any show I watch.

Ok I was wrong at first
6 April 2023
Warning: Spoilers
When this movie started I immediately came here to see if it was just a movie made by nobodies. I was shocked to see Tom Sizemore as he's always been an excellent actor. I didn't even recognize him and I couldn't even understand what he was saying. As someone else said, it's not made well from the cinematographer all the way to the A list actors. I honestly thought maybe they had real military men playing these roles but I found out quickly that it was real actors. /

So I wrote this before I finished the movie. I wasn't going to but my son is in the military and I figured anything I can do or watch would only benefit him if something happens. I still think it could have started off better. The end is the most important part though and it was definitely worth the whole thing. I beg anyone who has family in the armed services to please watch them and help them. Depression is real, suicide is forever, and no matter how old your kids are they will always blame themselves if you harm yourself. Trust me, I know from experience. My mom attempted suicide when I was 14. When you are healthy it's easy to say "just keep busy and the thoughts will pass." But that's hard for someone who is sick.

Where to watch Ghost Adventures
6 December 2022
You can watch it on travel channel and also watch it on discovery plus. Discovery plus has every episode from every season except 10 for some reason. And FYI- they don't necessarily follow the order of some sites on what season the episode aired. This is the best show and I encourage anyone with even a little curiosity about the other side to watch it. It's actually one of the things my son and I do together. If i watch without him he gets mad. I can't believe how many places have such strong ghost activity. One is within an hour of my home in Guthrie Oklahoma and I wanna go but my son is scared.

Warning: Spoilers
The main complaint I keep seeing in the reviews is that the accents are wrong/not enough like the real SA. I don't know how the axxents can be wrong when at the very least the man portraying Oscar Pistorious is literally from SA and he is the one who directed the movie too. I'm sure he knows the importance of the events. I would say the possible reason of the court scenario not being 100% accurate as far as them having a jury when SA does not have jury's is because it may make it "easier" for Americans to follow along but I think that's unfair of the directors to think we couldn't follow along. But there is no telling the exact reason for this. This is a great movie and got both sides very fairly and I think that's great considering there was no in between as people were either Team Oscar or Team Guilty.

The law 99.9% of the time gets it right....
28 July 2021
I don't understand why people are so mad that the cases are generally not chosen to try and overturn the conviction. Most of the time the case is well worked and the correct outcome is reached. It's a very rare case that it is a wrongful conviction. Keep in mind that while I am a staunch law and order person who believes in law enforcement I am also married to a man who was in prison (not for murder but it was still prison). I get the wishes of the family to have their loved ones found innocent and honestly when my husband was found guilty I was pissed but not because I thought it was wrong. I felt the punishment was wrong and I think a lot of these families feel the same. Nobody wants their loved ones in prison but when they screw up they have to pay the consequences. I love this show and from watching Chris on The First 48 I know he does his best and does all the legwork to cover all the bases. Some of these people make the comments that make themselves look worse than Chris and Fatima can overcome.

A wonderful story of Faith and God
26 July 2021
This is the beginnings of the Cowboy Church's that are all over the country in rural areas. Due to his mistreatment at an organized church he knew he had to make something that everyone could feel welcome to. My stepdad goes to a cowboy church and he loves it. I am thankful for everything this film shares and that we don't have to feel dejected when we worship. There is always someone willing to take us in. We all need to accept God as our Father and turn to Him when we are in need. We need to find him as soon as we can. Like the poster above me I don't think we have to sit in a church to find God but I do think we have to look because as with our children, He wants us to ask for help before we fall. God Bless!

Good movie but I love the original
14 March 2021
Warning: Spoilers
This is a very good movie but it does miss some of the stuff from the original that I feel would be beneficial to showing how mean and terrifying Rob was to her. I think the content is critical though to show young people that dating violence is a real threat and it is not love. I have hope that this movie will save someone's life.

The First 48: The Invader (2020)

One of the most heartbreaking
26 February 2021
Warning: Spoilers
This episode shows the Tulsa Homicide Unit tracking down the suspect in a crime spree that ranges from robbery to rape and ending in murder. The murder victim, Shane Anderson, was a small school district's middle school teacher and the perpetrator, Deonte Green, was a 16 year old boy who had been in the criminal court system several times over many years. The homicide unit does what they do best and tracked this suspect down in a few hours and I can tell you as a citizen of Northeast Oklahoma and someone who regularly drives into Tulsa I am extremely thankful for their competent hands. This boy went to court with a plea deal, took the deal, and then after sentencing claimed he didn't know what his deal meant, not once but twice. Then you had his "parents" getting on the news literally blaming Mr. Anderson for protecting his family and saying that's the reason he died. Couldn't possibly be that their kid took a gun to the home of a family that he was planning to, at a minimum rob, and based on him robbing the elderly lady 2 houses down I would guess he was actually going to try that again since he forced Mr. Anderson's wife and 2 young daughters backed into the house and down the hall. This department is the best in the country with their solve rate and I am proud to say that. Unfortunately we are in a society where we have even have to have a unit dedicated to homicide but if we have to have it I want these guys any day. They also solved my cousin's murder so Hell Yeah! They Rock!!!!

Warning: Spoilers
This story is very true unfortunately. If you had bothered to actually WATCH the movie you would have seen where she was told she was not supposed to be able to conceive a child. Also there are many women who just can't go through with an abortion whether it be religious reasons or personal convictions. Maybe she felt the baby is half her and she couldn't imagine if she were never able to conceive again and she killed the only chance she ever had. No matter what her reasons were, she did choose to keep the baby, not your place to judge. Not a 1950's choice either as they surely would have murdered the unborn baby. She also did what she could to protect herself by moving away from him and taking private self defense classes. So if you don't like it that's fine. Just don't pretend you're God Almighty and only your opinion makes sense or matters.

Nancy Lee Grahn
21 May 2020
This lady single handily stopped me from watching the only soap opera that I have ever watched since I was 16 years old that was still on air. She has the NASTIEST demeanor of anyone I've ever know, and I was raised with a traveling carnival and I was a charge nurse in a major city. I refuse to be one to support the income of people who think they are better than others, who think, and apparently because Hollywood has its own rules, is treated like there are no consequences to their words. When morons like moronna and Ashley Fudd can get away with making death threats to the president we need to get rid of them and find people who are there to stand up for EVERYONE!!! They don't care about anyone but themselves, including Nancy.....

A Nice Change Of Pace
17 May 2020
I really enjoyed this movie because it shows that father can raise kids on their own not just the moms and that when they do they have the same struggles we as mothers have in a single parent household. Of course it's dramatized but at least it's a start. It also shows that men aren't the only ones to run off on their kids. Not too many movies actually show this perspective. The only other one I can think of off the top of my head is Tyler Perry's 'Daddy's Little Girls'. I also think the boy is just precocious enough that it would take a dad to handle him because he sure gets into stuff but then it breaks my heart at the same time because it's all for attention that he's not getting from his mother in my opinion. I definitely recommend at least watching this movie one time. I have watched it several and my husband agrees it's a good movie.

It's called 'The Vet Life'. Not 'Vets, Vets, Vets'. The whole point of this show is to talk about the vet work 75% of the time and family life 25% of the time. It is really about the life of a vet. What is so hard to understand about this guys???

I absolutely LOVE THIS SHOW!!!! I'm watching the season finale and I want to stop people before they start: I know morons are gonna say the officer in Petersburg Alaska didn't use anything to disinfect the items the patient got bloody with the lacerated arm from being an idiot and punching through his own front window. My answer is simple: YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY USED BECAUSE THEY EDIT STUFF OUT AND YOU WEREN'T THERE!!! All you cop haters and race baiters should find another show to hate on. And leave LivePD alone too.

The Vet Life (2016– )

To those who are saying:
10 February 2020
If you are complaining about not actually hearing the price of a procedure being discussed you should think of 2 things. First off I can guarantee you no pet owner that is struggling financially would just say "yep, take him and I'll risk the thousands of dollars". They discuss it and it's edited out because of time constraints and there is a lot more interesting things to discuss/witness than that. Also I can't afford a big surgery on my baby boy and I wouldn't want my financial constraints aired on national/international television. Also I am sure the people who are on the show and have agreed to have their families and pets filmed get a discount that they don't want to make public and also may vary from procedure to procedure. To the "Vet Tech" if you have seen all the things you pointed out you should have also seen that Dr. Lavigne explains the difference in when they wear the full sterile PPE and when they don't go in the surgical suite. Also you should think that the reason the Vet Techs are asking questions you feel they should know the answer to is most likely so the doctor can have a "reason" to be talking about what they are doing and why.

You people need to think about these things before you start being rude on a public forum. Imagine if your coworkers were to do that to you on your social media platform that all your customers would see....

Warning: Spoilers
I am watching "Mama's Girl" about Arthur Burney who happens to be a man that is local to my area and it said the Coweta medical examiner found a bullet in his head. There is no such thing as the Coweta Medical Examiner so that would actually be either the State medical examiners Office in Oklahoma City or the one in Tulsa.

Unlike ComedyFan2010 I actually watched the episode
5 July 2019
Warning: Spoilers
First off NAT kept his diner because it is a staple of the show. Dylan is not a washed up druggie "finally doing something good with his money" as he has ALWAYS been there for his friends when they needed help for one thing or another. That's why I don't believe Mr. ComedyFan2010 even watched a single episode. If he did he would have known that just a few episodes prior to this one there was one where Dylan went to Mexico to get medication to help Matt's wife who had schizophrenia and the doctor didn't want to give her a refill. Matt didn't turn down a PRENATAL agreement because that doesn't really exist in this context, it was a PREMARITAL agreement. The main problem I have had for the last few episodes is that when Valerie Malone (Tiffani-Amber Thiessen) left they brought in Gina Kinkaid and she has been nothing short of 10x's worse than Val ever was. This has been a real disappointment because even Valerie made some friends for more than a couple weeks. Gina is just isolating and instigating everyone constantly.

I'm tired of u ppl acting like "those aren't your pants"
25 February 2019
Warning: Spoilers
My boys and I love this show!!!! I have MAYBE seen a couple of questionable things in the ENTIRE HISTORY of this show. It's live so don't tell me it's freaking edited. These officers put their lives on the line day in and day out and are ALWAYS there when called. Now for those of you talking crap about "My 4th amendment" BS: the officers have every right to pull you out, and pat you down if there is an odor of marijuana. It's illegal everywhere based of federal laws. It's DECRIMINALIZED in SOME states but not all. I am pissed that it was just decriminalized in my state of Oklahoma because I don't want my kids to have any easier access to drugs than is already available. And for the person who said my LEO's are sketchy, when you become perfect, come talk about anyone else. These guys are awesome. I get tired of people saying 'they can't do this but I can do that'. Those of you with double standards make me sick!!!!

This is an awesome show that shows what these men and women truly deal with on a day to day basis and all the ignorance they encounter throughout the day. Too many LEO's have been killed even up to this day in 2019 we have had 20 already and February isn't even over yet. My undersheriff is in that list of line of duty deaths. It's heartbreaking and most are pretty respectful but there is still way too many who don't.

LOVE THE WAY THEY ALL TIED TOGETHER!!! There was plenty of tie in's from one show to the others. For the person who said it was a waste of their time....... next time since YOU control your tv why don't YOU change the channel. It's stupid to supposedly "waste" 3 hours of your day and then complain about it later!!!!

Not getting the people who complain
29 September 2018
Yes they show a lot of large animal calls and sometimes the same illness multiple times but the treatment is NOT always the same. ALWAYS consult a vet but like the pot bellied pig with tetanus, you never know until you try. And the fact that one person commented about their dogs getting out unknowingly, if they had watched the episode they would know that footage was old (showing the dog leaving while being filmed) and they didn't actually go to Holland. It was a city in the US that is named Holland. So if you are going to comment I feel you should at least watch the shows you name off in the comment. Now my opinion is obviously that I love this show!! It shows that sometimes the cases we think are a lost cause can be fixed. I have seen the worst parvo cases be turned around. To put it in perspective, the lady I bought my babies from lost 15 puppies (I had already bought mine and brought them home) to parvo and she has raised many litters of pups and also tried her best to save them. So don't judge this show until you have seen it. I love learning how to help my babies out without having to spend money when I can avoid it. I don't have a lot to lose

M*A*S*H: Mulcahy's War (1976)
Season 5, Episode 8
10/10
Good episode
7 April 2018
This is a very good episode. Father Mulcahy is having a hard time figuring out how he can relate to a young soldier who doesn't think the Father knows what he's talking about since he's never been to the front line. So when Radar has to pick up an injured soldier Father Mulcahy goes with him against Col. Potter's orders. On the way back the injured soldier stops breathing and Father Mulcahy has to perform a tracheotomy with Hawkeye's guidance by radio. While performing this delicate procedure they are in shelling zones and Radar is having a panic attack. This is definitely Father Mulcahy's baltism by fire. Cpl. Cupcake had to have surgery on his paw after tripping a land mine to safe his handler. Burns wants to have him discharged and put in front of a firing squad until Hawkeye and Hunnicutt tell him the dog qualifies for a medal for bravery. Burns continues his antics after Mjr. Houlihan's engagement.
