Sagara Sangamam (1983)
One of the master pieces
Every time I watch a mindless and illogical movies these days (such as Arjun Reddy, Baby, etc.) I go back and watch Sagara Sangamam for a relief. It never gets board.
What a movie! Kudos to director K. Vishwanath for portraying that there is a sacrifice in love. The way he elevates the charcter of female lead roles, the dedication to the art form. The amount of research he puts into picturing the art forms of Bharath are amazing. The lead actor Kamal Hassan has put equal effort by learning different dance styles, speaking Telugu clearly (his mother Tongue is Tamil).
This movie is an epitome of friendship, love, and art.
Baby (2023)
Excellent Music Wasted on Most Idotic Movie
The music and background score is hear-melting. However the script in general needs to be banned overall. In a country where women are having social issues, this movie add fire by unnecessarily portraying the female lead roles as characterless person who at the same time dates two men at the same time. I think Sai Rajesh have no clue of what love even remotely means.
The movie takes several illogical and meaningless turns which make it really boarding and step out of the chairs. The female lead character agrees to have sex with her so called best friend whom she dates for 30 days so that she will not upset her actual boy friend... WTH?
The real unfortunate is that this movie is a commercial success which further elevates the dangerous path the society is marching towards.
Though hats off to the music director Vijay Bulganin for the melodious tracks and background score. I got tricked into watching parts o this movie because of the songs.
Lakshmi's NTR (2019)
True portray of the last phase of NTR's life
Kudo's to Ram Gopal Varma for an honest portray of the last phase of NTR life. Its take a great courage. Wonderful screenplay and direction. All actors did a great justice to their roles.
