Pup-o, ma! (2018)
8/10
Good plot and story line, script stupidly written at times and some childish jokes make for a good comedy

This is probably not the type of movie you'd expect to see in a cinema, but at an outside festival to say the most. I saw this title on Netflix, and my expectations were really low. However, over the top jokes, appropriate for children, with some innuendos for older audience keeps the film entertaining throughout. The events unfolding make room for more funny and awkward situations. Overall, whilst definitely not a highlight of autumn, this movie is a solid comedy nonetheless, filled with romanian culture and humour.

Game of Thrones: The Bells (2019)
Season 8, Episode 5

Unexpected, rushed, partly predictable... Kinda good

Warning: Spoilers
I have to say, the reason I grade this title this high is because of the cinematography. The scenes of King's Landing burning, shot from the Red Keep, from the sky, and from the streets are some of the best in television history. Regarding the story, it was way over the top, but I don't think that Danny's character development was thrown out the window. Since the beginning, we cheered for her, as she was a just queen, but she always had that, the support of the people. Ever since coming to Westeros, nobody has accepted her as the queen. Two of the people she trusted most were killed, the rest betrayed her, and with Jon alive, she knew she couldn't rule. This all contributed to her madness (maybe together with the adrenaline rush). I would've expected her to destroy the Red Keep and the Iron Throne, so that "the wheel" would really be destroyed, but this turn of events is not a disappointment. What is, however, is how rushed this season was, and how black and white characters are, contrary to how GRRM designed them. As a fantasy, although rushed, this episode was great, but it lost its substance, it lost what made it amazing the first 5 or 6 seasons. I expected worse, however, after the first four episodes, so I am happy with this turn of events.

Anyway.... am I the only one wondering how the flames of one dragon can destroy walls, houses, and basically anything like it's nothing? Seriously, too much....
