Most stupidest & cringiest story ever
8 April 2024
Warning: Spoilers
Just as the synopsis said. Shahid is some hotshot robotics company manager, owned by his "sweet masi" whom he can never wait to see. And be with.

So he goes to the US, Meets her assistant, who is also, guess what. A ROBOT. Which he doesn't know yet. But finds get attractive & also they seem to be getting along really well. Whom he then falls in love with. Surprise -_-

Never thought Shahid would be doing such stupid movies. Man this script really sucks.

Please don't waste your precious time watching this. It's nowhere near entertaining or funny. Just absolutely cringey af & just completely lame.

ABSOLUTE BORE.

If you're watching this after Narcos, skip it
8 September 2023
So, I started watching this right after watching Narcos: Mexico.

You'll hate this. After watching Narcos, you've developed a certain pictures of all the characters, how they look like & their behaviour.

El Chapo is just completely in another universe. It nowhere resembles the real person there depicting either. Felix is shown as an old bald man, which is inaccurate.

In general, this starts off just very bad. Very disappoint with the casting TBH..

I know the reviews on here are very good, so is the rating. But this is just something i couldn't digest & bring myself to be able to watch at all.

Went in with huge expectations, got highly disappointed
1 September 2023
I wanted to watch this show, not read the subtitles.

With so much Spanish, feels like I'm just wasting all my energy in reading the subtitles.

It's nothing even close as the original Narcos. It seems to be based on true events, yet I see no flashbacks & news clippings from the time related to events.

Everyone seems to be a villian. There are too many killings which just don't add up to the story. It's Ben made overly complicated just for the sake of it.

The cinematography is just, bad. The set designs are too stereotypical & interesting. Give of a very fake vibe.

If you go into this after watch Narcos, you're in a for a disappointment.

Too much drama to digest
14 August 2023
Can't imagine how high the writer must have been when he wrote it.

70s Bollywood was just, something out of this world. The most improbable circumstances & highly impossible scenarios.

The dialogues will just make you laugh. They're so fanciful. It's just funny. It's so cliche. And the character background are just, way too improbable circumstances. I mean, how can everyone be just SO RICH everywhere.

So much drama has happened in the first 30 min, I seriously am intrigued by how the rest 2 hours are going to.

You do need a LOT of patience to watch this.

Maybe this was the thing in 70s, but definitely not something worth watching in this generation.

Dialo.

Very well written nail biting show
16 July 2023
Don't go on the negative reviews. The show starts off very mysterious & takes quite long to build up background character.

Plot lines are slowly slipped in which makes it even more nail biting.

The twists are quite good. You'd anticipate 1 thing, but something else only comes up.

The acting & background drama is also worth it. Throws a lot of light on the functionality of characters.

Cinematography & directing is also very dramatic. Creates a lot of suspence.

Episode intos throw a bit of light on background of the main character, highlighting his own characteristics.

Very well written. Acting is also amazing. Worth a watch!

TBH, I don't get it
23 July 2022
There is no main story. It starts if as something that could have a meaning. But the story is just how a troubled teen from a poor family is just doing anything to survive.

I don't really get how so many people have loved it& even win an award tbh.

It's not that meaningful.

It's nice!
17 July 2022
Haven't read the book but the show is quite nice for a teenage love drama. Idk why some hate it. Agreed, is cliche etc, but it's so cute.

The storytelling is quite nice. Lola Tung is absolutely beautiful. And the twists & turns are just so typical yet relatable.

It's quite fun to watch.

Not half bad
25 June 2022
Started watching this& immediately hated it. Jokes were bad, characters were boring, situations weren't funny. No way it's a sitcom.

But then I started getting interested into the story.

Thing is, people will here it because there comparing it to HIMYM. Yes, compared to that, this is pretty boring.

But look at it from a stand alone perspective. It's a live story in itself. & of you're a Lizzy McGuire fan, you'll love her acting.

Many things could be better, but it's a show on its own. It takes time for you to let the characters grow on you. Calling it a sitcom is wrong, this is a love drama.

And, it has such beautiful sound tracks at the perfect time! PPS - the laugh tracks are really annoying.

The Privilege (2022 TV Movie)

Just a good thriller
11 February 2022
Story starts off very good. With an extremely gripping scene. There not too much of horror, so it makes a good watch for a thriller. Story picks up really well. With intense scenes, which later turn out to be a dream (or maybe not?), Kind of confusing, tbh.

Picks up well, but a random threesome seems to be forced into the main story, making it even weirder.

Then things begin to pick up, but get too weird. Neither horrific, not thrilling, just creepy.

End of kind of a good twist, leading to a sequel.

Which I'm sure won't happen seeing the amount of negative reviews.

But this is worth a watch, nothing great.

A good one time watch
5 February 2022
Don't get why so many bad reviews.

Was interested after seeing taapsee & the theme of remake. As always here acting style is great. Tahir is surprisingly very good.

Something I loved was the cinematography& set design. Very hip for a Hindi film.

Really don't understand why so many gave given it bas reviews. This was actually pretty decent.

It's a fun watch, for one time. Acting is good, storyline is ok. Production & cinematography is pretty artsy & hip.

Okish movie with a great cast
26 December 2021
Just another end-of-the-world type comedy movie with the best cast there is.

Leo & Jennifer are 2 astronomers who discover a comet hurdling towards the earth. What follows is the unacceptance, chaos & then unexpected twist resulting in stupidity.

Nothing very funny or great about this TBH.

Absolute cut throat sarcasm. I don't understand the bas ratings. Probably people who didn't get it. But just such truths that we never see.

Lifelong of drama all in one
6 August 2021
Warning: Spoilers
Just a complete drama overload. Full of cliche dialogues and unnecessary drama storyline. There is no proper time line at all. It starts as if its the 90s then suddenly there are smartphones and we're back to recent.

The background is just WAy WAY TOO stupid. I mean, killing the main actress? What shit.

5 years have passed, but apparently technology is same as it was 5 years back. Absolutely lame!

Absolutely brilliant!
25 July 2021
For F1 fans, this is the ultimate behind the scenes. It's so raw, full of mind-blowing politics that goes on behind the door. Absolutely brilliant. The production is on point, interview and cut scenes are so specified, just mind-blowing for someone who watches F1 and wants to go deeper into the understanding of the teams.

Quite simply brilliant!
23 July 2021
A very straightforward story. Has quite subtle twists with a brilliant take on office politics. Lightly brushes up on the psycho killer theme also.

A must watch, quite a brilliant film noir.

Mediocre comedy if you like sci-fi
22 July 2021
Watched only because of Simon Pegg & Nick Frost. Kinda disappointing considering its them. But I guess they have just created this for some filler content. Somewhat scary too. But not much. Can give this a try though.

Deserves more than 8 stars! Absolutely devastatingly true portyal of teenage emotions!
11 July 2021
Against the prejudice involved about this show, it's a very good show. Takes 2-3 episodes for you to get hooked on to it. But once you are, its so engrossing and involving with the love & drama. Its an emotional roller coaster ride to watch. Amazing acting by all, expecially the main characters.

Really deserves 8-9 stars TBH. And let me just appreciate the OST. ITS SO BEAUTIFUL, such a great selection of songs and at such perfect timing. Just brilliant. Def worth a watch!

Mediocre funny but really good production
9 July 2021
Starts off well, till episode 3-4. Here a bit boring in between. Not as funny as expected. Season 2 is a bit interesting, but boring in between. Ending is quite something that leaves you wanting more. But not much of a cliffhanger Production is great. The 80s theme, dressing& visuals are quite fun to watch tbh.

Eh.. Like a bad rip off of the office (Yes I mean UK one)
30 June 2021
They've tried to take the functionality of office(UK) into this. But the storyline is boring. Characters are mediocre, plotl ine is meh. Overall nothing great to watch tbh.

I only watched this for Jessica Hynes, came here from watching Spaced. But this is really disappointing.

Not That Great TBH
23 April 2021
People have reviewed S1 to be great, nah. I found it mediocre at best. There's no nailbiting story. Its so dark & gruesome, makes you loose interest in the complexities and twists of the story. There is a slight psyciological factor in, where it should actually be the most for this kind of story. The end is so simple, basic and sudden, makes you feel worse for watching the entire show. With such a big build up, they should've at least given it a bigger end with more context.

I found Dakota Fanning to be the only highlight of the show and from the bad reviews I hear about S2, I dont think its worth watching it.

Started good, became a bit annoying
19 February 2021
Started watching this after a lot of suggestions for UK Sitcoms. It started off quite good. However it being shot ONLY in their apartement can become a bit boring to watch, still since that was the essence of the show, I liked it. Sarah Solemani is a really good actor and brings out the chemistry in between them, However,Steve played by Russel Tovey becomes very annoying to watch after a while. Its only made worse by the role other supporting actors. It moves from funny to plain irritation. God forbid should it happen as such in real life, it makes no sense to continue being freinds with such people. Overall, it becomes REALLY annoying to watch after season 2. The characters are just too bloody irritating to be funny anymore. Really surprised how so many have liked it so far.

Completely Mind Blown!
9 February 2021
Season 5 is a masterpiece. Got ahead of myself, but to begin with, this show will take you on a journey. It'll engross you so much that its hard to stop watching. The acting, the characters, the cinematography, the costumes and damn, the storyline. Its such a GREAT show that you demand more & more of it. Some might find it a bit slow, but its worth it. The way the story progresses is just up & up. The twists, and such a prefect depiction of early 1900s, absolutley STUNNING. I'm completely blown away! This deserves a position in the top 10s, its that good

Absolutely boring and unfunny
22 October 2020
Idk why so many like this show. But it's absolutely boring. There's nothing funny about it. It's just plain stupid. The lead character acts so desperate it's just sad. The picture quality is another dissatisfying aspect. Looks sombre, dark and very, very pale. Watching this is absolute waste of time.

Completely botched up story
9 October 2020
Right from the start. It's a desperation got horror with a side of monster whom you never see. And who has even heard of let alone Indian, but a Telugu detective? Lol. And a telgu victim? Lol. Not to forget all the support cast whose acting is as just terrible. This movie feels like a forced story wich is so terrible you'll hate wanting to watch it.
