The Secret Life of Walter Mitty (2013)

Inspiring and Enjoyable - At least to me!

I wouldn't ever call this "the next Forest Gump", as I have previously seen it put. This being said I did very much enjoy this film!

At points I believed it to be flawed and unrealistic as well as feeling at points they should have shown a bit more about how certain situations played out.

Even though I felt these things (mentioned above), I found this film very inspiring. Being young myself (18), I love the idea of travelling and having amazing adventures. This film has really inspired and made it clear to me, that if I don't fulfil these dreams then it would be a massive regret.

This is truly a beautiful film and a very nice heart warming story. I would struggle to see how someone would not enjoy this film, unless all you care about is how realistic one situation is or how did he get "signal" up there.

I'm giving this an eight out of ten. This is because I very much so enjoyed the film, however at points felt it to be inaccurate.

Kick-Ass 2 (2013)

Great Second Film! - Must Stay Till After Credits

Kick-ass 2 is a great follow up to the original! This film is once again action packed and is packed full of violent fighting, killing and other exciting things that they have managed to pump into the film!

The film is very graphical at points, personally I feel this only engages the audience into the film that bit more.

Throughout the film things happen that I didn't expect, which makes the film much better in my eyes!

Don't want to tell anyone anything too much as you wont appreciate the film as much! Defiantly watch this however!

AND STAY BEHIND FOR 5 MINS! AFTER THE CREDITS IS A 30SECOND CLIP WHICH MAY CHANGE THE WAY YOU SEE THE ENDING!

EXCITING HEH!

We're the Millers (2013)

Had Me Laughing From The Beginning To The End.Must See!!!

Depending on your sense of humour will depend on how much you enjoy this film! Personally, I loved it! This very amusing comedy had me laughing from the beginning all the way to the end! I noticed most people in the reviews don't seem massively impressed as in some respect it is some what silly and dumb, I personally disagree with these comments and would happily recommend this film to any of my friends! Its a great laugh. Must say better to watch with people who also find thing amusing as once one person gets going laughing it makes the whole thing more enjoyable!

Don't want to give anything away. All I'm going to say is go watch it! The millers are a awesome family!

Awesome film, would happily watch it again!

Despicable Me 2 (2013)

Great Fun!

So Despicable Me 2 is a very family funny/friendly animated comedy which at points really does make you laugh! If you are reading this now and haven't yet seen the trailer, I would recommend you don't watch the trailer and just go straight to the film, Some of the best parts are shown in the trailer. To watch this film you don't really need to have seen the first however I would recommend you do as at points the film refers to Despicable Me (1).

I'm going to keep this review short and simply say, I gave this film a 9* rating as I found it strongly entertaining, not as funny as I thought but still a great film! The story line was also very easy to follow and keeps you engaged throughout.

Would recommend this film to anyone! I would say most people will enjoy this film, find it entertaining and recommend it to there friends!

This film is perfect for any family to view!

Movie 43 (2013)

Messed Up Movie!!!

Movie 43 isn't really a movie. More like a bunch of messed up sketches featuring some very well known actors, and leprechauns.

Movie 43 is a story of 3 guys searching online for Movie 43, which was originally thought up by one of these guys as a lie to break his brothers computer. This film is practically a showcase of what they find.

In between each clip you see the guys reactions from these clips and then eventually they put together that Movie 43 is actually a movie, and what they have come across is going to change the world forever.

Some of these sketches are quite amusing I must say but the whole story line just seems pointless.

I would say watch this, but would say it's not worth spending much money on.

If you do watch this just be sure you are prepared for some dodgy sketches which do literately make you think WTF.

The most messed thing in this, is the final sketch which features a cartoon cat called Beezle. He hates his owners partner and literally ends up killing her. (if you are interested in only this sketch then I'm sure it will be on YouTube)

Hope this has helped you to decide whether or not to watch this.

Your Highness (2011)

Stupid... But Amazing!

This movie has a stupid plot with many faults and most of the acting is very poor. This being said this is one of the most enjoyable movies I have seen in a long time.

Your Highness has two versions a normal version and a explicit one. Make sure you watch the ruder one as what makes your highness so amazing is its 1 line sex jokes which I found extremely amusing.

Earlier I mentioned how the acting is quite poor, even though this is true I feel it only makes the film that bit more entertaining and enjoyable.

I wouldn't recommend this film to just anyone but if you have a stupid sense of humour or are with a bunch of friends who do, then this would be a good film to watch.

If you are still unsure about watching this film after reading this and other reviews, then look on YouTube for some scenes. It may make the part you watch less entertaining the second time but I have watched this film 3 times now and enjoyed it just as much each time.

I would say this is a film you will either love or hate, I would say 99% of the people I know to have watched it loved it.

If you did read this because unsure whether or not to watch it, then I hope I have made your decision that bit easier.

Immortals (2011)

New film in my top 10

As I am unaware of Greek mythology all the reviews saying none of it makes sense didn't phase me in the slightest.

After watching this film I came on here to see what other people thought of it, to my surprise I was extremely shocked by seeing loads of people moaning about faults with it.

As I am not a critic just a random person I don't constantly go round looking for little mistakes the film may have. This being said there is a couple of points when I did think in real life that wouldn't have happened or they easily could have done 'this or that' (trying not to add any spoilers). However this isn't real life as half the characters are gods.

I must say that I felt the quality was amazing and everything looked extremely realistic. (for what it is)

The story line I found was great, to me it made perfect sense and worked very well. Not once did I find myself getting bored or checking my phone, Facebook or anything like that.

Overall I must say I loved this film and am extremely happy I brought this, I would recommend this movie to anyone.

9.5/10 In my eyes.

Buy this. I got it on blu-ray for £2.50 from blockbusters, BARGAIN.
