Mini Trip (2008)

Four Words - Murphy's Law followed right.
6 January 2012
Warning: Spoilers
The other night, this film appeared on the Australian show Shorts on Screen. This short film, Mini-Trip follows the bad luck of a small Albanian bowling team trying to wing it through three days in Belgium, thanks to their bowling event being cancelled due to lack of funding. This short film battles some interesting issues as the band of five struggle to survive... well, along the way, while they encounter a couple of bickering embassy staff, a rouge construction company, a band of prostitutes, and even a brush with the law. This short film exactly follows the principles of Murphy's Law as it happens to these unlucky five, all the while providing a smile and a warm heart to the viewer. Overall, I would recommend anyone to have a look at this short film, worth a smile when life gives you lemons.

Pokémon: Dennô Senshi Porygon (1997)
Season 1, Episode 38

Why it's banned?
2 July 2007
Warning: Spoilers
It's obvious why this episode is banned from all known countries is due to an event that happened in Japan...

When the episode is aired in Japan, the episode was left with a controversial scene in it - the one which triggered seizures in about 685 children - more than 150 of them were admitted to hospitals. What caused the seizures was that the scene involves flashing lights that appear for less than one second. Efforts were made to tone down the episode, but it didn't happen. The result? The Pokemon TV series went into a four month hiatus and the episode was no longer revealed to the public... ever.

Most of the children have lived to tell the tale, sharing their story with their classmates.

So there you have it. This is why no-one would ever see the episode com into existence. Ever.

Too bad it only lasts for 65 episodes...

Lilo & Stitch: The Series is the best ever TV show, and if I have compared it with the movie, then the series would have been one-third better. However, if there are some things that need changing, it's the number of episodes - because 65 episodes are not enough and I mean it. I heard it over the web at http://lilo.savedisneyshows.org And mostly, I was thinking of an alternate theme song for the series if you think the original theme song is annoying or just plain bad. But despite all that, Lilo & Stitch is the best TV show ever, and I'm not alone - I have met very few people my age who sometimes catch the odd episode. Well, despite being aimed at kids, the series is the best thing I have ever seen. What I like about it is for the alien experiments (maybe they should have a spin off series too, if permitted.) :)
