Escaping Twin Flames (2023)
Wow
It's absolutely wild that these two con artists are still on Instagram and YouTube and still running their scam. I hope the FBI get involved and child services. I especially feel sorry for their child who they apparently say will never allowed to have sex or a relationship because she is the third in their twin flame union. They are praying on the vulnerable and desperate.
A good, interesting and well made documentary by Netflix. Exposing this cult via real footage and multiple interviews with ex- members who've escaped and the parents of current members that are still involved.
Recommended.
Persuasion (2022)
Absolutely loved this!
I'm not usually into period stuff but love Dakota Johnson so thought I would take a punt, so glad I watched this. Beautifully shot, funny, and a modern interpretation of a classic. Loved it from start to finish!
Completely perplexed by all the negative reviews!
You (2018)
Absolute trash!
The biggest load of trash ever. They've milked this until the very end. One season would have been enough and good but they had to keep on with the most annoying main characters ever. Mostly I can't believe I've watched 3 seasons as we said never again after season 2, but it's so bad it's almost impossible not to watch the car crash that is You. Joe and Love are so detestable I'm just watching now with the hope that they eventually reach their demise, please God of television, end this nightmare! Joe and his constant monologues are the WORST, closely
followed by everything Love.
Ojing-eo geim (2021)
Ruined by the ending
Started off great but lost it at the end. The last episode was so annoying. All the good he could have done after winning and all people he could have helped but instead he's just obsessed with who is behind the game. So he decides not to go and have a great life with his daughter, and it takes him a year to help two people, what a waste of time! Lots of inconsistencies too.
A great idea that was poorly executed in the end. A Bittersweet Life is much better.
Rocks (2019)
Beautifully acted London tale
A beautiful, sad but ultimately uplifting story, children have resilience and strength even in the darkest times. All of the young actors were so good but especially the lead characters. A must watch.
The Third Day (2020)
Absolute pony
Annoying, irritating, longer than it needed to be and overall a waste of time. Moments of promise at the start lead nowhere.
Wants to be Wicker Man, isn't.
Wants to be stylish, isn't.
Wants to be good, isn't!
They should have left over half of it on the cutting room floor. It actually made me angry because it's so bad. Do yourself a favour and don't waste your time as it just gets worse.
Joker (2019)
The best Joker ever
One of the best films I've ever seen and Joaqhin was AMAZING! I LOVED THE JOKER.
