Columbo: Murder with Too Many Notes (2001)
Enjoyable but ending could be better
After binge watching all Columbo episodes, it was sad to see this episode had not a better ending.
The proof is not convicing and seems like it is put together fast to have an ending.
I do like the fact he asks the pianist to teach him how to play "his" tune.
Galavant (2015)
Pure FUN!!
There was a time where TV was pure, innocent fun, this faded away.
When I first read about Galavant, I was skeptical. A musical show??? I told myself this can not work. Oh boy, was I wrong... I got hooked, it's simple, pure fun. It's refreshing in this day and age. A show you can watch with the whole family and friends. You can not help but laugh and enjoy the songs.
Today I learned about ABC's decision of canceling the show. A shame, this show deserves more. It has all the ingredients a comedy needs.
Hope ABC will reconsider and bring it back for more Seasons !!!

Star Trek: Renegades (2015)
Star Trek but not as we know it
Star Trek Renegades
There are some people out there seemingly disappointed about STG. They were expecting a TV/Film product.
What those people seem to forget: all of this was done on a budget. Not a movie or big TV budget. People put their hearts into these projects; people backed this up because they believe in it.
So what is my personal view?
First of all, I happy we finally have Star Trek back, the Real deal. Not something that wants to
annihilate what us Star Trek fans have known since 1966 (1964, counting the original pilot :)).
Some special effects could surely use some improvement. But special effects add to the story. Acting? As always some actors stand out more than others, quite normal.
Story? Could the story be better? Perhaps. Now there is room to elaborate on what's behind all.
Is there room for improvement? Sure, tell me, WHICH show does NOT have room for improvement?
Someone put it out there, let's show CBS we WANT Star Trek back! Let's backup this project.
Hopefully we'll see guest appearances from Star Trek actors, reprising their roles.
Let's go where no Trek has gone before...

Shades (1999)
could it have been made any worse ???
The first (and only) time I saw "Shades" was during a Sneakpreview. It hadn't even been in premiere. I remember there was someone of the directors staff there, don't even remember who. It was a Belgian movie, we never heard of it, so we were quite neutral, not knowing what to expect. Mickey Rourke is a brilliant actor and he's stands miles ahead all the rest. He plays an actor who's star has long stopped rising. He's helping to realise a movie in Belgium entitled "Shades".
As soon as the movie started, we noticed how much swearing there is. Nothing against the occasional swear word. However this was way beyond annoying. Whenever Rourke uses the F*** word to express something, it comes naturally. However, when someone from the cast, a non-English speaker uses the F**** or S*** word, it becomes arrogant and aggressive.
We quickly lost count of how many times they used the F and S words. Everybody was just glad to be out of the theatre. And we had to give a vote, but it was hard for us because it was only from 0 to 10, and we were looking for the -10.
