Pretty Little Liars (2010–2017)

Not what it used to be.

The main plot of this show is quite interesting, but now, after five seasons, it feels old and nonsense. I assume nobody thought this was going to be this huge, so they had to start thinking how to write more and more episodes, so they had to extend its plots. Now it feels unoriginal and very unrealistic. Now I forget why the girls are doing what they doing. Sometimes I even forget why the "A" character is bothering them. Then I remember they're 17-18 years old and it feels even more weird. I still like this show, specially because once you have forget all that, it's very entertaining and addictive. It still have that spark, which I think that's why it is so popular between teens. The only thing here is that the story now feels tired and they need to start thinking in a way to finish it on a high note. Even though sometimes I feel very stressed with these characters, and I really want to punch them in the face, it is still a very unique show.

Glee (2009–2015)

Glee changed it all.

Even though it has lost its spark, Glee did something huge: it changed the way people see TV. With music, well written characters and a simple storyline, Glee changed the game. This show made people talk and made people sing. It could've been a mess from the beginning, but Ryan Murphy did a pretty good job until the last three seasons. I would like to remember Glee as a TV series that helped others in a way no other TV show could at that moment. We have to be honest, even if you hated it or liked it: before Glee there were no other show as open minded as this one. Glee, at the end of the day, is an optimistic, happy, and simple show. It doesn't try to be more than what it is, but as far as Glee can go, it had a pretty good run.
