Rumble (2021)

Good family fun

My kids like monsters and wrestling, so this was a great mash up. I did find it somewhat funny that they did incorporate some WWE names in this not only as voice actors but for the wrestling venues and matches as well. Nice touch

Monsters look like monsters and the people are tiny in comparison, they did a decent job artistically with the designs and the story was a good underdog story. Voice actors solid and music throughout was good. Wife and I enjoyed watching this with the kids and would def recommend.

Act of Valor (2012)

Realistic feel with Hollywood vibe

This movie is geared for veterans and people who have a true understanding and respect for war and the people who served in them. If you just like Rambo and Robocop type of action flicks I strongly encourage you to stay away from this film. Done very well, showing tactical teamwork by...you guessed it an elite tactical team. Now there are actual actors/actresses in this as well but this is one of the best war films made, belongs in the same category as Lone Survivor/American Sniper/13 Hours. It lets you get truly connected to the people in it because this isn't a true story, at least not according to any type of record. But the Seal team is real and you can see the bond that they share. Truly well done and wish more people would follow suit. I mean I like the classic cheesy action flicks but this is a nice change of pace.
