Grain (2006)
Pretty Good film for video, excellent acting, mood and camera work
This film is the first feature-film of ShadowMind Productions, if I am not mistaken, and I must say I am very pleased and a little impressed by the completed product.
One notices that the team has taken their time assembling this movie, editing, music etc.
The actors are doing a good job with their characters, especially Slava Roman's Robert and Ellis Moore's Professor Porter (ha! this guy is a seen em all i wantto retire kind of teacher). Their characters are consistent and project a 3-dimensionality that makes Grain an engaging film with an element of real-life horror that is shown through the disturbia and darkness of the film.
Joseph Ort has proved himself an asset in Lynchian-style thriller-noir to be reckoned with and a skilled technical director. We hope to see more of him in the future.
Grain is well-worth seeing. Its something fresh.

Return to the Blue Lagoon (1991)
This film rocks!
This film was absolutely beautiful. I can't understand so many people having a problem with it. Everybody says its horrible, why, what is so horrible about it? It made me wanna become more natural and relaxed, knowing that nature is truth and purity while civilization is corruption and a lie. This movie is definitely for Milla Jovovich and Brian Krause fans. Milla's acting seems very inexperienced and like she doesn't care about it, but that actually makes her seem more natural, although I wish she would be more professional. Brian Krause does an average job, but again when you watch the movie the last thing you think about is how the actors act. What gets you the most about this movie is its beautiful message about how a human being should be, beautiful and pure in all ways.I definitely recommend this film.
