Babylon 5: Infection (1994)
Redeemed
While not carrying the inherent strenghts of almost all later episodes, most notably every single one of them past the start of season two, with some ample exceptions, this episode completely redeems itself from all fault completely just in the last two minutes of it.
Sheridan's epic quote right here almost made me move a tear right here; 'However long it takes for our sun to die out, a thousand years, a hundred thousand, a million (and yes, the slightly astronomically educated amongst us know these figures are void, its not what its about at all) 'If mankind does not move to the stars at some point, all of this (quoting some of mankinds random greatest moments) will have been for nothing'.
A truly moving moment that overshadows a mediocre episode in this great series completely for me.
Babylon 5: The Parliament of Dreams (1994)
Impressive
Even though it does not follow into the main storyline of the series all that well, this is a common known thing about the series in the first season. Still its the proper introduction of Lenier's character, and aside of that a lot of other things. The bar scene at the start has an absolutely brilliant set of quotes in it; 'But in purple, im stunning!!' 'Ah. He has become one with his inner self' 'Hes unconscious' 'Yes, that too'
I wont even try to go into the ending scenes since they're gorgeous and moving, and my descriptions would be a deficit to them. Not a perfect episode but very much worth watching.
Blazing Saddles (1974)
go for it
needs time to get up to steam but turns into the classic it is after a little some jokes are corny, but most are simply magnificent.. if its on the screen don't miss out if there is any way awesome characters bart, the waco kid the 'evil guys' who are fun stereotypes i enjoyed the dumb senator a lot.. and things like the 'villain campaign' are also great comes at a time not too long after some serious racial issues were solved in America this deals with that material in a great way, and also persiflages westerns in a fun, but not at all humiliating manner.. keeping the respect where due
go see
