Uncharted (2022)
It's like a long cutscene from the game
Okay, this was one of the biggest disappointments. It follows the plot from the games, which is as expected but we never gets a connection to the characters or why they act like they do. Aaaand there's way too much green screen going on. Save your money and play the game instead.
The Humans (2021)
Like overhearing a boring conversation
Well. The cinematography is really cool. But the story is really boring. It's like a long conversation you don't really care about. It's got a few emotional moments, but the dialogue is so tiresome.
Spiral: From the Book of Saw (2021)
Who's the worst
It's like an examination in who's the worst actor... Spoiler: They all are. Not just Rock.
You're not missing out on anything here, so watch something else.
Kate (2021)
Like Nikita but worse
Well. Nothing new here. Same story as seen before. An assassin on a revenge mission. Watch Leon or Nikita instead.
The Marksman (2021)
Bad writing AND bad acting
Wow. This is the most non-action action flick you'll see. The acting is awful and the story very bland.
What any other Liam movie.
Don't Let Go (2019)
Bad acting and nonsense writing
Okay. It's not the worst you'll see. It's also not the best. The acting is awful. The narrative is never really explained (the time traveling stuff).
It's like they had a ok story, but needed something more. So they added time travel. But it just happens. Why? Whyyyy!?...
A Classic Horror Story (2021)
A Italian 'Wrong Turn' with a twist
Surprisingly good. Didn't have a lot expectations for this. It feels a bit unoriginal but it has kind of a meta layer that separates it from other a-like movies.
Also there's references to a lot of films. Even Truffaut's 400 Blows.
Give it a shot. Lol.
Undtagelsen (2019)
Location fail
It's not a great movie. The cast is excellent, but it just goes in too many different directions.
It's hard to ignore the fact, that it's very noticeable not filmed in Denmark. At first I thought they were visiting another country but when the characters talk about locations in Copenhagen and you see streets from Budapest - well... that's frustrating. Why not just rewrite the story if filming location were an issue?!...
21 Bridges (2019)
Not bad not great
This is a great flick when nothing else is tempting. It's not that bad, but not great either.
It's old school cop versus robbers and it works. But other that that, it wants to be more layered than it really is. You'll guess the plot and accomplishes pretty quick.
But see it for what it is.
Young Wallander (2020)
See first episode or don't watch at all
First of, why did they do this in English? It's so frustrating that everything, even the radio announcements, is in English... Swedish would've been so much more realistic. Also, the dialogue is a bit flat, and the main characters voice acting has waaaay to much breath going on. And the ending... omg the ending! What was that?!... Like they realized the series should be wrapped up sooner than they thought, so they made small changes in the script.
The first episode was good though. Maybe just watch that.
