Jurassic World Dominion (2022)
Please stop making Jurassic Movies
Too many characters I don't care. Too many chases I've seen before. Too many dinosaurs roarings only make me yarn. Too damn predictable and lengthy. Why do they keep producing this kind of garbage? Because people are getting dumber and dumber.
Black Robe (1991)
Regard it as a documentary
I found this piece of work fascinating because there's a rarity factor here. The costumes, geography, constructions, languages, mission related anecdotes, should have made into a larger scale fiction work. What a gem!
Crimes of the Future (2022)
Uninteresting
Fair is foul. Foul is fair. Surgery is the new sex. Art is the old psychopath. Don't get me wrong. I enjoy watching something I've never seen. But I hate to listen those cliché philosophies from the characters in a film made by a Canadian director.
Montana Story (2021)
Calming and well intended.
I love the Copper Pit scene. The conversation between the sister and the Indian boy while he drives her back deeply moved me. The landscape is as expected gorgeous. The scar on the surface is even more unforgettable.
Encanto (2021)
Eh Okay
It's unbearably uninteresting and noisy. By simply looking at that automatic maintenance house makes me understand more about why wishful thinking and laziness now are basically virtues for some groups.
Dune (2021)
It's gripping thoughtout
The score and sound design work beautifully. I usually don't like Hans Zimmer's overpowering everything approach. This time he did well. It sounds meaningful and fitting the scenes.
Ensemble acting is great thanks to the director Denis I guess. Several layers working in the same time makes the story mystic and ambiguous. The production design was superb. I love every scene that has to do with Bene Gesserit Sisterhood.
