Satyameva Jayate 2 (2021)

A CONVOLUTED MESS

Having had the opportunity of watching some recent Bollywood trash like Radhe, Dabangg 3 and Baaghi 3, I can safely say Satyameva Jayate 2 takes the crown for the worst Bollywood movie in recent times. Filled with every 80's Bollywood tropes and totally lacking logic, the filmmakers must've been suffering from a massive era crisis if they think the present generation would buy this pile of garbage.

Lesson to John Abraham - Always read your scripts thoroughly before signing on the dotted lines and...never ever ever work with MILAP ZAVERI again.

Avoid at all cost. Unless of course you intend to spend 1 & half hours of your life watching bruce willis drool and the other cast members shooting each other for no apparent reason.

Jesse V. Johnson's films have never really had any depth, but they always have some good action. Sadly, this one lacks both. Turns out hell hath no fury, no script and no action. Spare yourself the trouble and steer clear away from this piece of trash.

This movie is a complete waste of time . It beats me how utter craps like this get funded. Sure the premise was interesting enough but the execution was pretty mediocre even by TV standards .

Dune (2021)

Dune is a visual epic let down by dull, run-of-the-mill action scenes. Somewhere during the production planning of this great movie, someone must've suggested that the action scenes be toned down for whatever reasons, and therein lies the flaw of what could've been the years greatest epic.

Slumber Party Massacre (2021)

CLICHE RIDDEN NONSENSE

SPM is just a cliche ridden nonsense that's been done better a thousand times before. Every single move in the movie was down right predictable and the filmmakers could've achieved a better result if they didn't try to make all the characters look so damn stupid.

You're been chased by a guy welding a power drill and you put your back against the door? I mean, how stupid can that be?

South of Heaven (2021)

MISSED OPPORTUNITY...

Pretty good story but turns out the director/writer doesn't have what it takes to bring it to life. What happened tot he 500k that was supposed to be the cause of all the conflict? Obviously, our hero and his friend didn't take it, but the writers didn't deem it necessary to explain how the money disappeared. Then when Price's men came looking for Jimmy in Mexico and he had to run for miles to get back to his wife, I think it's very unlikely that anyone would walk such a far distance to get supplies, especially when he has a truck. I really loved Evangeline Lily here and the story was quite engaging, that is until the end when Jimmy, who according to his wife was not a criminal, picked up a gun and went into the bad guys lair to bump them off like some PG rated John Wick.

And what is that last shot supposed to be all about?
