BG3 is the best RPG ever played!
10 September 2023
This is without a doubt the best RPG to date I have ever played and I have played a wide range of RPGs (and MMORPGs).

Pros, varying storyline like no other, utterly immersive, the maps, sets, areas are unbelievably detailed and intricate, the accuracy to DnD systems, the depth of every single character companion, the character creation system and the (not yet confirmed but highly likely) replayability of 100"s-1000's of hours, split screen CO-OP with 2 controllers is just so fluid.

Cons, you can't disable the turn based combat, I feel this would make it appeal to the action rpg fans, and there aren't enough hours in the day to play it.

A Great Watch
9 November 2022
I really enjoyed this movie. They had such a difficult task to creating something that linked tastefully with it's predecessor that didn't diminish or erase the awesome character Chadwick had developed and I believe they did really well (choosing the best of what were limited options in my opinion)

My friend and comic book connoisseur said there were a few things characters said or did that were accurate to the comic (they flew over my head but nice to understand afterwards). Our session clapped and laughed throughout the movie and I could hear/see a few guys around sniffing or discretely wiping their eyes so I think the performances and story was quite compelling.

The story revolving around two very unique cultures, their leaders and their interaction with each other was not lost on me (fantasy being better than reality as always)

The effects, scenes and settings were in my opinion excellent and immersive. Sound was also great, although I was missing the Kendrick Lamar soundtracks.

Overall a great movie in my opinion.

Completely New To F1.. Now Very A Big Fan Of F1
23 April 2022
Every season was amazing to watch.. thank you Netflix for releasing this and the drivers / principles and teams for such fantastic and honest stories. I am now a huge Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas fan, what amazing professionals. I cannot wait for the next but until it releases, I'm going to watch the races now.

An Enjoyable Watch
23 March 2022
I watched this with our children and we really enjoyed it. The kids were intrigued by the storyline which follows two single parents and their merged family.

The kids weren't familiar with split biological parents, differing levels of wealth for those parents and what that looks or feels like for the kids perspective or parents.

They were familiar with the Dad's work / life balance theme.

The movie was modern which I think made it easier for the kids to relate to different issues raised, racism, relationships, value of family etc etc. A lot of the time we put on old films, the fact they are old is a bit of a hurdle.

The comedy was cheesy but I really enjoyed it and the kids did too.

It's not an academy award winner but it's so worth a watch and definitely doesn't deserve the negative reviews I'm seeing here..
