Tenet (2020)
Honestly, this movie is just too confusing
I love the choreography of the fight scenes, when there is an action scene it's very exciting. I love the cast, and omg Robert Pattinson reminds me of Leon from Resident Evil games lol . But, this movie is WAY too confusing, and convoluted. It's very hard to follow the plot. I feel like it was just a bunch of nonsense and cool looking scenes. The cinematography is very nice, and the IDEA of the movie is cool and interesting. However, I felt like it was trying too hard to be like Inception, but no where near as good. Honestly, just watch inception for a better movie lol. Also the audio was not good. I think that's one thing everyone can agree on.. the talking was too quiet, and sounds were too loud.
I really wanted to like this movie, but it was too hard to follow along, and so confusing I ended up turning it off towards the last hour.
The Dark Pictures: Man of Medan (2019)
Until Dawn was a better game.
Unfortunately, this game sucks.
The game is glitchy in some scenes. It's too dark, and everything looks the same. It's a boring story with bad writing, and uninteresting characters.. the "twist" of the story is VERY predictable, and makes the game pointless once you know what's going on. Honestly, if you want to play this game thinking it will be like "Until Dawn" just know this game is very boring, and nowhere near as good. The acting is bad at times. The whole game is on the ship, and everything looks the same! The hallways and rooms all look the same which makes it confusing/ boring to walk around the ship. A lot of the game is just walking very slowly around the ship with nothing happening! The character walks SO SLOW. There's a faster walk, but it's still too slow and a joke..
Unfortunately, all of the people giving this game a bad review are telling the truth.. don't waste your time buying this game. Instead, play Until Dawn for a better interactive horror game experience..
Room 104: FOMO (2018)
Very predictable
This episode starts off good! It sets up a story in the beginning and has good tension and suspense.. unfortunately, once the sister arrives at their party it becomes very predictable. The title "Fomo" means Fear Of Missing Out. It's when someone has anxiety and fear of missing out by not being at a party with friends or some kind of event. Most likely to do with social media. I felt like once the sister arrived, and was acting crazy, it was obvious she was going to be jealous of her sisters friends, and try to "get rid of them". I thought the ending was stupid and ruined the tension it had in the beginning. I give this 4/10 stars
Room 104: Mr. Mulvahill (2018)
The ending ruined the episode for me
The beginning of this episode starts off really good! The acting is great from Rainn Wilson showing more of his dramatic side (I'm used to him as "Dwight" from The Office). The episode is very tense, and you can feel the pain from Wilson's character as he reminds his old teacher of what happened between them in class when he was a kid. Unfortunately, the episode takes a sharp turn and stupid twist. I feel like the ending really ruined the momentum of suspense for me. It suddenly killed the drama and turned it into a dumb joke. I feel like a lot of episodes in this series starts off well and interesting, but then the ending (the twist) turns out to be stupid. I give this review a 4 out of 10.. I hope my review is helpful.
