Let God Be the Judge (2010)
Beautifully done with God at the center of the entire movie
Praise God. It doesn't matter how much money it took to create this film it was well done. The content alone was worth watching. The way they explained the Glory of God and how Jesus died on the cross to save us all. This movie was very realistic to what it might be like when we die.
When God puts us all on trial for the good and bad things we did. Our sins will not be forgiven if we haven't accepted Jesus Christ into our lives and claimed him our Lord and Saviour!! Have you done that? I would love to everyone I know to watch this movie, Christian or not. This is a great depiction of the reality we all live in. Good people go to heaven and good people go to hell. You cannot expect a person that "looks" like they are humble, respectful, and honest to go to heaven. Only God can judge you. We need to all reexamine our lives and see what God has to offer us because the answer is EVERYTHING. The answer is eternal life, which no other than Christ Jesus can offer us.
I watched this movie with the intentions to be blessed and I was. I didn't expect the acting to be Grade A or for things to be glamorous. Jesus is not about expensive things and blockbuster movies, he is about being real and saving souls. So if you wanted to watch this just so you can say you did, thats well and nice but this movie was made to show people the reality of the end days.
We all have no idea when we are going to die, tomorrow isn't promised to anyone. We will all died one day and we will be judged. Where will you go when you die? I think if you are reading this, God is trying to talk to you specifically. I can testify to not caring what God had to offer me but when I was born again all that changed. I was on fire for God and I just wanted to know more about him.
SO just educate yourself. Start in the book of St. John in the new testament and see the miracles Jesus performed. See why he atoned for all of our sins and the reason the wretches souls of ours can be forgive, through his shed blood. Jesus didn't have to die on the cross for us but HE DID. Thank him for it and get connected.
I serve a mighty God and I want to spend every single second of the rest of my life giving him praise. Why don't you join me. If you read this please feel free to contact me. God Bless. Jesus saves. Your prayers will get answered. Believe in Him and have faith.
I cant wait to tell everyone I know about this movie, it has moved me tremendously. I love God more now than I ever have in my 25 years of being alive. Hallelujah.
The Runaways (2010)
Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning's best performance
The Runaways was honestly one of the first rock and roll movie's I have seen where I didn't know much about the band it was talking about. I only really heard of Joan Jett because of her song 'I Love Rock 'N Roll'. I didn't even know she was in a band, thats how rock and roll challenged I was. But from the love of Kristen Stewart I really wanted to find out about the band. I've loved Joan Jett for a very long time but I didn't know much about her, just her music. Now I got an inside look at who she was and how badass she was. All the other Kristen Stewart fans out there, especially on Twitter, showed me what an amazing movie this was going to do.
The Runaways were and still are such an inspiration. They defied what the "norm" was back when they started their band and they broke molds. This movie did the same thing. No one is producing movies like this. Especially important to say is this is Women's History Month and this movie really brought to light how amazing women can be with they fight for their rights and what the love. The Runaways believed in rock and roll, they wanted to be something new and bold and a figure in music no one has ever seen before. They did that. Unfortunatelytheir stardom was short lived, but they left a lasting impression on the world.
Luckily my generate born in the 80s will get to hear about how amazing and influential they really were from this movie. Even though it is not a bio-pic, it still gives you a closer look to exactly what it took to get that band started back then. Woman were NOT equal to men in those days and we as women should be honored to share this earth with women who fought for our civil liberties.
So yes this movie changed my life, it has made me a rocker and I LOVE IT...all the actresses and actors did amazing. I will never forget seeing this movie at the Advanced Screening in NYC on 19th street. It was the highlight of my spring break and this WAS Kristen Stewarts best performance. I support her and most importantly I support Joan Jett and The Runaways.
AMAZING MOVIE. WILL SEE IT AGAIN AND AGAIN!!!
Remember Me (2010)
Remember Me was the best movie I've seen in 2010
This movie was stellar. The entire cast was brilliant. They all transformed that script into a master piece. I honestly forgot that I was watching a former vampire and saw only TYLER!! The movie was centered around Robert Pattinson's character Tyler Hawkins, but the entire cast had their own spot light. I loved that none of the characters felt like outcasts. They all have a very specific role and did them very well. The little sister, Caroline made me laugh, cry, smile, and giggle all at the same time. She is an up and coming actress. She reminds me of Dakota Fanning when she was starting in the business. It was superb to say the least. All the characters fit beautifully together. I saw the move 3 times and all 3 times I cried, clapped, chanted. and recited the lines I memorized from the time before.
This was Robert Pattinson and Emilie's BEST performance yet. I think they worked very well together. They made me believe in Tyler and Ally not Robert and Emilie. They brought a type of chemistry I haven't seen before so such a film like this. You will never find a movie quite like Remember Me, I promise you that. I love it and I recommend EVERYONE see it. Especially non-twilight lovers. This isn't about supernatural. It is about real life situations and real people. You wont regret watching it.
