Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story (2023)

Absolutely wonderful

I wasn't expecting to love it this much! (I loved the first season of Bridgeton but didn't care much for the second). However, this is even better than the first season of Bridgerton.

The dialogue is perfect, the acting delicate and powerful, the female characters are incredibly strong and the love story between Charlotte and George brought tears to my eyes.

The last episode was an 11/10!

I couldn't recommend it more and I only wish a season two was in the works. It would be great to find out more about Queen Charlotte's life and to see more of the actors too.

Jared Leto and Anne Hathaway are insanely good in this.

Only have it a 9 because it could've been done in 6 episodes instead of 8 but other than that, absolutely worth the watch.

Not as bad as everyone is saying

As a big Ronaldo fan, I decided to give this a try when I had nothing else to watch on Netflix. Actually, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be when I came here to read the reviews. Yes, I had to skip the parts about the bags and the outfits and also a lot of the parts or her friends talking about her (a lot of fluff could've been removed) but there were some good moments of her with the kids and going back to her hometown with her sister.

Yes, she's spending his money that she didn't have to earn, but being a housewife isn't anything new and she's clearly what Ronaldo was looking for in a wife, someone to raise his children, and she seems really happy to play that part.

All and all, it's not the most insightful documentary and it's far from being the best but it was entertaining enough.

I was not expecting this at all, I love Elite but this comedy Elite on steroids.

Don't really understand why not make an episode instead of 3 little ones but still, happy this exists.

Cruella (2021)

A good movie, don't get me wrong

This movie was really entertaining, the actors were brilliant and the soundtrack was perfect, it was much better than I anticipated.

However, this movie does nothing to explain Cruella's hate for dogs in the future, on the contrary... They could've still made this movie and called the main character something else, it would've been more fitting, I think.

Halston (2021)

I found the mini-series very entertaining and a great glimpse into Halston's life and work.

All the actors did a fantastic job, Ewan McGregor and Krysta Rodriguez completely stole the show, I absolutely loved it.

Friends: The Reunion (2021 TV Special)

At first I was sad it wasn't a scripted episode...

I was sad when they announced the reunion was happening but it wasn't going to be scripted but oh boy, this was exactly we needed.

The cast shared so many memories, we got to relive some of our favourite episodes and you can feel the love they all have for each other, just perfect.

Thank you to the cast of Friends and everyone that made this possible.

I AM Hardwell Documentary (2013)

I Am Robbert Hardwell

"I Am Hardwell, the Documentary" should instead be called "I Am Robbert Hardwell", as it shows masterfully the journey and ambition of a little 16 year old boy, from Breda in the Netherlands who, one day, got to be the #1 DJ in the World, known to us as Hardwell.

I Am Hardwell, shows Robbert's dream and what him (and his parents) had to sacrifice so he could become DJ Hardwell. It shows the progression of how he went from playing little clubs in his hometown to headlining Ultra Music Festival and such, and also how DJ legends, like Tiesto and Chuckie, helped him and influenced him to get to where he is now… I am Hardwell is just the beginning of the journey and it'll leave you wanting more.

Rock of Ages (2012)

Not even Tom Cruise could save this movie.

I went to see "Rock Of Ages" tonight and I couldn't be more disappointed, I had been waiting for this movie for a long time and had such high hopes for it that it all just came crushing down.

I was expecting to see much more of Tom Cruise but he isn't in the movie as much as you'd think,

I was also tricked by the soundtrack songs, with the name of the movie being "Rock Of Ages" and the songs used in the soundtrack coming from bands like Guns'n'Roses, Bon Jovi, Joan Jet, Journey etc I was expecting actual ROCK music but they managed to ruin 90% of the songs in this movie. Tom Cruise did a good job in the ones he sang but that was about it.

The only two good things about this movie were Tom Cruise and Russell Brand and only them made the film bearable.

I'm not even going to go into the annoying love story which just made it seem more like a Disney movie with bad acting.

Long story short, if you're a die-hard rock'n'roll fan don't waste your money with this movie. I'd say this is more of a family movie but it it has too much mature content for kids as well so, I don't know who this would be suited for really.

"Rock Of Ages" is a cross between Disney's "Camp Rock" and a 80's rock video parody and it's awful.
