Joe Pickett (2021)
Why would Paramount cancel Joe Pickett. Bad decision.
So disappointed in Paramount for cancelling the Joe Pickett series. There are other series out there. All by Taylor Sheridan. What happens when the spin-off train dries up Paramount? People will stop investing their precious time in your one and done series. Joe Pickett was a good show worth watching. The writing was good as well as the acting. Loyal viewers will no longer waste time with these types of networks. It isn't worth it. The reality is all they want is money money money. I debated a subscription to their network but glad I didn't proceed. Not going to waste my money when they don't give any consideration of their viewers likes.
National Treasure: Edge of History (2022)
Don't listen to all the negative reviews
I gave this new series based on the National Treasure movies a chance. I watched all the previous movies. This is a great segue to the new movie. Don't listen to all the negative comments. It's fun to see how this will turn out. Be open minded to creativity. I don't know why people think they need to bash new stories even if they are connected to old ones. There is so much reality tv now there is very little imagination anymore. It is great to see someone taking a chance on this adventure and giving audiences something different to watch. Thanks for creating this new series. It has renewed my interest in the National Treasure series of movies.
1883 (2021)
Please give us more!
1883 is the best series on TV! So well written, so authentic, and the cast are incredible in their roles. This show leaves you begging for more. Please bring us more seasons.
Game of Thrones (2011)
End of series with steady decline in writing. Disappointing.
Before this season, I would have given this series a 10/10. For several years many fans gave their loyalty to watching this magnificent tv series only to have been so let down in the final season. Every episode of season 8 revealed the inability for these writers to continue to truly deliver the calibre of writing they gave the series to this point in keeping with the books. Unfortunately the writers have totally disenchanted fans to the point that they will not invest the time into any other series they put their pen to, especially any sort of spinoff they may contrive from the GOT series which is sad. I would have followed their work anywhere until this season of GOT aired which showed that they truly needed a book to follow so that they could simply write a script with the ideas already laid out before them. They have proved without a book, they were lost without any imagination as to how the series should end. The actors, and all other staff working on the series should be commended for producing some of the best tv in history as they did a superb job. Truly disappointed in the final season and left feeling like something was missing - yes, in fact there was, George R. R. Martin's book to guide them.
The Blind Side (2009)
Good story--great portrayal :)
The Blind Side is by far one of the best stories portrayed in a movie in a while. There is nothing better than a story about overcoming the odds to be all that you can be. This story makes you believe that there are kind people out there who are making a difference in the lives of people who can really use a helping hand. Bravo to these producers, directors, writers, actors and all who made this film. Your efforts are truly appreciated because it is hard to find a really good film out there these days that can serve as an inspiration to others. Sandra Bullock, Tim McGraw and Quinton Aaron are great in this movie. So if you are looking for a good film out there to spend your money on, this is the one for the end of 2009.
