The Simpsons (1989– )
"The Simpson's" is the best cartoon series ever made

"The Simpson's" is the best cartoon series ever made. It was grate the first seven years (1989-96) but then it is - I'm sorry to say - just garbage. Well, you can't expect Matt Groeing and he's team-mates to role on forever. The geniality in the episodes disappeared about -97. To bad that the Americans never now when to quit - when a show is on top. But, as I said, the series were excellent the first seven years. I just feel sick when I see the later episodes.

This movie refers to the series with Kurt Olsson, and it couldn't have been done better.

Simple one of the best Swedish comedy's ever made. Many grate performances, especially from Lasse Brandeby. As Kurt olsson he is nonchalant, arrogant, have class and dignity, and make all one-liners superb. Lasse Brandeby even plays the role as Kurts father, Olle. It's quit comical to see this two characters arguing to each other, with in mind that the two of them are played by the same person. In small roll we have the grate actor Per Oscarsson. As Gun we can see the hilarious Ulla Skog. This movie refers to the series with Kurt Olsson, and it couldn't have been done better.

If only travels by train could be this fun.

Simply one of the best comedy's ever made. Many grate performances, especially from Gene Wilder and Patrick McGoohan. I can't stop thinking how grate McGoohan had been as an Bond-enemy. He's arrogant, have class and dignity, and a robotic scary voice. Pryor and Wilder match each other well and the romance part of the story is wonderful. "ST" has a superb and tasteful mix of thrills, action, comedy and romance. Also fun to see Richard Kiel in the role of Reach (One year later he became famous as Jaws in "TSWLM" and "Moonraker". It most have been this character, Reach, that the Bond-producers got inspired of when they come up with Jaws). For a Bond fan it's also grate to see Clifton James as a slow county Sheriff. Anyway - this is a fantastic movie that you never get tired of. If only travels by train could be this fun. :)

Every minuet of this movie gives us something laughable!

The two gentlemen's Martin and Caine does a grate performances in this wonderful comedy. It's a mystery that Caine and Martin never has done a film together - well, except for this one. This is actually a remake of a classic movie, with the same title, from the sixties. Back then, Marlon Brando played the part of Freddy Benson, but Steve Martin is more suited for role. This is the one of the few remakes how actually beats the original. For the first time that we see Steve Martin, entering the dining area of the train, we realise that this is going to be a entertaining movie. `DRS' might be a little silly, but the plot, the music, the cast and the direction by Frank Oz is all wonderful. The screenwriters should also have a big thank for all the movies well written scenes. My favourite is that scene when `the dirty rotten scoundrels' meets for the first time (`I couldn't help overhearing about…' `I'm afraid that's a little out of my class.') Michael Caine is perfect as Lawrence Jamieson. The intrigue really starts when they two make a bet. Anyway, later they change the bet (`A completely new bet!' `We make her the bet!'). One excellent part of the plot is that Lawrence thinks that Freddy is the mysterious `The Jackal'. The plot turns out in many unexpected ways, which is quit stimulating. Every minuet of this film give us something laughable. Dirty Rotten Scoundrels remains a timeless classic comedy, with unforgivable performances by Steve Martin and Michael Caine.

`Sällskapsresan' is a genuine situation-comedy with hilarious characters, how truly are Swedish stereotypes. By seeing this movie, the international public can get a real good look how Swedish people behave themselves (or at least used to) on charters. As the main characters we can se Lasse Åberg and Jon Skolmen. And they probably makes there best performance of there life's. Every minute of this movie brings us something laughable. Just sit back and relax, with a exotic drink in your hand, and enjoy this simple, wonderful film how makes you feel great the rest of the day.
