hidden Gem
12 July 2016
Warning: Spoilers
Undoubtedly, 1 of the hidden gems of Asian horror films. What a plot and what a direction. The whole premise of unclear story (till the end it remains so) is the whole point of the story. Even to the end it takes time for us to realize what has happened. I have seen few documentary style horror movies only. But this one is the best of them. In fact i have seen paranormal activity(Hollywood) which is 7 / 10 and this one is definitely better than that. I encourage to watch Dark Water also for horror genre fans out there. Looking forward for more Asian horror movies. I m next on to "thirst" a Korean movie. Best shot documentary movie in Japanese so far.

Average Thriller
11 July 2016
Asian thrillers have always fascinated me. This one is no exception. Although the climax could be much better. There are plenty of twists in the movie to keep you guessing.

Overall, a 6 1/2 out of 10 movie. The hero of the movie has actually done pretty good acting. The movie could have been shortened a bit. Running at the length of 1.54 minutes is a bit long. Although Korean movie "Memories of murder " is highly rated than this film. I suggest you to watch that also. Korean movies are always a delight to watch. Had to watch this with subtitles as my native language is not korean. Overall ratings: Direction 7/10. Story 9/10. Acting 8/10.

Nice Lebanon Movie
5 December 2013
Warning: Spoilers
This is my first Lebanese movie .And being a war movie enthusiast i really liked this movie. The Protagonist of movie has really acted well. He shows his war fear in the initial part of movie and eventually wins over it. War is hell and This movie paints a hellish picture of WAR inside a Tank. A Scene where the woman walks on the middle of road naked - is so touching. War can't be depicted more accurate than that. In one scene the old man sitting beside road untouched by the enormity of ongoing violence - the Scene is epic. The eyes of old man at that scene are to be cherished. Movie is 'i think' the first attempt to show a war inside a tank - which makes this a unique piece of work. Movie is more of people involved in war rather than the violence itself. I'm Going 6 out of 10.
