it takes either an amazing, or a terrible movie for me to make a comment......this film was an amazing one!! i saw the trailer and thought it look so crazy i had to watch it...im glad i did!! this isn't the type of thing you would expect to come from Disney, they clearly sold out on this movie...and it was for the best! walt woulda turned in his ice pack at the thought of it....but woulda thawed out by the end result and danced the conga!!!! you can tell from the graphics of the movie that this is Japanese and i think that brings the most of the amazement to the film...what they lack on drawing in some aspects gets completely ignored by the amazing and perfect detail drawn on the most unnecessary of objects! your glued from start to finish! im 29 years old...my 4 year old daughter chose to watch shrek, so i chose to sit in the other room and watch ponyo alone....im so glad i did! id watch this movie over and over again!!....i hope my 2 year old son likes it hahahah!!! end result....WATCH PONYO AS SOON AS YOU CAN!!!

wow..what can i say???? this is by far not the kinda movie i would usually watch...but i can say that 100% i enjoyed it to the max!!! the film is set out beautifully and the actors do a very good job!!! the storyline is rather a kids story, but works amazing as an adult movie!! i was completely wrapped in this film! and it got better and better the more i was wrapped!!! i would definitely recommend this movie! it seems late 2009 is producing a great deal of new movie ideas that work great! thumbs up!!! i don't really hav nothing else to say.....i don't wanna give away any spoilers, ..just...watch the movie!!! enjoy the movie!!! buy the movie!!! lol!!!

i wasn't to sure whether to watch this movie, the only decent movie like this that springs to mind is starship troopers, and yet i could name a million crap movies like this....but the IMDb rating told me to give it a shot....and im so glad i did!! its got a great storyline that doesn't need too much explanation, giving you the chance to concentrate on the characters! the movie keeps u glued and there's not a dull moment in it! its got a lotta comedy factor to it which is mostly brought to you by the main character! the effects are decent enough to look "realistic" and there's no stupid cgi that looks like a cardboard cutout floating across the scene!! i wont say too much but the ending makes you hope there's gonna be a sequel....i hope there is..and i hope its just as good as this!!!...7 outta 10 from me!!

I must say i enjoyed this movie from start to finish! The movies about a guy who moves into a new apartment and starts getting packages suggesting something terrible happened in his apartment, he tries to find out the history of his apartment and ends up going off the rails and getting himself in a very big pickle! the storyline is very gripping and its also accompanied by a nice and clever ending! the actors were well chosen and play there parts well, and the camera work and directing is very good as well!! this movie is a must for any thriller fan or anyone for that matter! its been a great movie to start off the day, i hope the other 5 im gonna watch are as enjoyable as this one was!

i just wanna start off by saying this..i watch an awful lot of movies, like around 50 a week, and although i see many that i enjoy...its very rare i get to see something that grips you like this does!! the opening scene completely sets the whole mood of the movie, the soundtrack is perfectly placed and you actually feel for the situation that happens! then you get the feeling that the movie is based around recovering..well, it is...but not how you expect it!! after about an hour the movie remains in the same mood, but completely changes and becomes rather graphic indeed!! the whole film grips you from start to end, the actors are amazing and the soundtrack really compliments everything that happens and i applaud the director!! i dunno whether this movie is a film, or art! i recommend it to anyone, and i shun anyone who disagrees that this movie is great!!

even tho this film coulda been called hostel 3 i just wanna say this...The ppl who keep commenting saying "oh this is a rip off of hostel"...basically your all IDIOTS!!! these are the ppl that have only ever seen saw and hostel and believe that no other films like them exists!! These ppl would also have probably had heart attack during the 70/80s horror/zombie life of movies!! ANYWAY... the movie is great, very gory and very entertaining! any horror fan will love it, the storyline is decent and the actors do a great job!! its a film you wouldn't just wanna watch once!! im giving this a 7 out of ten as its one of the most enjoyable movies I've seen in a while!!

it seems its the season for movie making! yet another movie I've seen this week that grips you in from start to finish! This movie has a bunch of great actors who all play there parts perfectly! there's a nice twist to the storyline that i doubt anyone will suspect! I've passed the opportunity to watch this movie about 15 times, but today i gave it a try...and im so happy i did! this gets an 8 out of 10 from me. i hope there's more movies like this to come in the future. id recommend this movie to just about anyone really, its not the sort of movie i usually go for but i enjoyed this 100%!!

for the first hour i actually wondered if i was watching the same movie that was listed here....a lotta ppl giving this very good ratings,..well...let me tell u this...IT SUKKED!! i would of given it a 1 rating but the last 15 mins were actuall quite enjoyable! Right from the start of the movie i noticed 3 things....1 = the acting is terrible.....2 = the cameraman is either terrible or drunk...and 3 = i think the director quit before filming started!! Now, i am a massive fan of low budget movies...but this is something i doubt even troma would put his name to!! The idea based around the movie is great, but it just doesn't work here, instead of feeling sickened by "heading" i was in fact bored of it as the whole focus around it is made laughable to a pathetic level! None of the characters bring anything enjoyable to the movie, and the idea is ruined with shabby acting and terrible camera work! i dunno about "low budget" i think this movie was made with a $1 budget which was spent on chewing gum!

I've had this movie for about 14 years on VHS, and for some reason i never watched it until now!!
let me tell u this....I've been laughing from the second it started, im now about an hour into the movie!!
i always thought scary movie was quite original....but whoever made that must of been a serious fan of this movie!! if u like scary movie you will love this...there's a lot more fun and laughs, and originality!! if u didn't like scary movie you will still enjoy this!! its a must for any horror or comedy fan!! i keep expecting the likes of lesley neilson to pop up somewhere!! this gets a 10 out of 10 from me, i haven't watched anythin so funny in a long time!!

A decent zombie film

I had this film under the title of 48 weeks later an i watched it directly after 28 weeks later!! i must admit that i did think it was a follow up to 28 weeks later but as soon as the film came on i could see that there was no link at all!!
You can tell this is a budget movie and has some cheap actors but don't let that fool you!!!! the film is actually quite good, the story line is what you'd expect from a zombie movie and it keeps you entertained!! some people here have given it bad reviews but i think they are forgetting one main thing.....zombie movies were originally just like this one!!! now im not saying this is as good as the original dawn of the dead or the return of the living deads but if this film had of come out in the late 70s early 80s it would of done quite well!
I will say that if your a general movie fan that rents a film every week then this will probably not be for you, but anyone who's into their zombie films or old time 80s horrors will enjoy this one!
