Killing Eve: Hello, Losers (2022)
Nope
One of the best programmes in tv history then it produces a worst ending than game of thrones, pretty much sums it up. The writers made a booboo and should re write and re shoot the final scenes.
Have been addicted to this for years, love jodi coma, she is awesome.
So many good characters for so long, admittedly many illegal deaths, but ultimately a love story betrayed by the ending that looked like it was designed in 5 minutes.
Another chapter ended irrevocably by poor choice and probably rushed.
Goodbye eve, Goodbye villanelle and f you Carolyn.
Omg I have 40 characters left so I need to fill, done.
The Orville: Future Unknown (2022)
Love the show but human with robot????
Love every episode of the show, however, I can not reconcile in my head how a human can fall for a robot that has no emotions, its just a metal computer, it makes no sense on any level, may as well be a toaster.
Interceptor (2022)
From the 90s, not too bad
Straight up action, save the world type stuff. We would have said it was a great film in the 90s. Not the most realistic but who cares. Also not sure the lead was best suited to the roll as an American officer when she's clearly Spanish. But it's Cris Hemsworth' missus and he had a cameo so I'll forgive her.
The Book of Boba Fett (2021)
A perfect blend with Mando in the SW Universe
I have read some bad reviews and I think they just do not get it. The mandalorian and boba really capture the original feeling of star wars. The story is realistic to the characters and it leaves me wanting more every time just like Mando. I still like the newer Star Wars movies, but they have gone more in a commercial action feel as opposed to the more real feel of the originals. These shows capture that perfectly. Haters just do not get it unfortunately for them.
Aelliseu (2020)
Superb
I sometimes dip into foreign language series when I'm out of my usual ones. This was a gamble but it paid off. You like sci-fi? Time travel? Then this is excellent, apart from the slightly creepy mom/romance thing.
Cosmic Sin (2021)
Wow how did this get made?
Started well, good actors, decent set, AND then, they went to a planet, the film lost cohesion. The aliens were ppl in hoodies, they only had a knife yet were the biggest threat to human life? Our humans just shot them, fish in a barrel. Nothing made sense from here, scenes popping up with no reference to anything. What was the young girl in the bar about? From a solid first 10 to the most confusing un resolving mess I have ever witnessed. The directors, editors need to retire.
001LithiumX (2020)
Good points but...
Very psychological, over emotional in a depressing way. Had some intriguing moments, but the ending was atrocious. Slow film, not much reward, unless your studying psychology.
Legacy of Lies (2020)
Not the best
The young girl was the best actor, the rest not so good. They tried to bring out the emotion in the main character but unfortunately he has no emotion so it looked stupid in the end. I will have forgotten every scene in 5 minutes.
Miss Bala (2019)
Best film I've seen in quite a while
There are many cartel vs dea type movies but this one is so so good. Gina Rodriguez is awesome the way she changes in the movie. Must see from a great perspective. Has action, has story, has actors, has suspense, I hope there is a sequel
Breach (2020)
Bad in a different way
Normally the low budget films spend all their money on fx and nothing on actors and story. This had several good actors, a kind of story, and the worst special effects from the 70,s. Had some promise but ended up as worst film of the year. Don't be sacked into the scifi
The Operative (2019)
Hmm its a no
Lots of in depth character building, however, confusing as jumps around and doesn't explain everything. Ending could have saved it but it ended mid scene. Its like the film is a set up for the real film. Don't fancy its chances of a sequel though.
I almost turned it off a few times, I really should have
