Finally a successful combination of horror & comedy!
19 September 2007
Ususally i hate comic reliefs in my horror - But this was an exceptionally moderate blend of the both.

The acting is more than decent, which is quite rare for low-budg horror flicks, there are some familiar faces.

The characters are fun, interesting, and multi-dimensional. I especially enjoyed Misty : )

Although the plot is a little cheesy, this movie manages to not take itself so seriously, and with good writing and matching performances - we get a great classic self-humorous horror movie.

well done!

The last 2 minutes are superb. Sadly still not worth it.

This movie could have been excellent. it's too slow, tiresome, boring even, through the most part.

The storyline is fairly interesting, or at least could have been. A lot was left unexplained, but still not open for any interpretation.

Unclear dialog, and poor execution make this a huge miss. The surprising ending was a great attempt to save it, but unfortunately it doesn't make the other 129 minutes worth viewing.

Too bad they didn't focus more on what happened at the end, and insisted on weary us with their boring-ass plot.

5. Just for the saving grace at the end.

Quite possibly the best most horrifying zombie movie ever.
1 August 2007
Highly recommended for all fans of the genre. I cannot comprehend how they managed to film on such an extensive authentic area of GB! Amazing shots, incredible use of effects, gore, and sheer terror. True, maybe some of the plot twists are a little far-fetched, but that takes absolutely nothing from your viewing pleasure-pain. I have to say though, that plot-wise - it is still better than any other zombie flicks, including classics like "Dawn Of The Dead", and unlike their, "28 Weeks Later"'s creators were not afraid to tackle the explanation to the epidemic, or the bigger picture, and didn't focus just on a group of survivors. A well deserved 10! enjoy biatches.
