Those guys are simply brilliant
5 December 2017
Those guys are simply brilliant, they manage to just do what thousands of other people would pay to do. And they are getting paid big money. Totally in the border line of the politically incorrect, it is a breath of fresh air and boy do they provide a good laugh at every episode. Love the bickering and camaraderie within the three, they could not just follow that script and language if they weren't friends and with solid trust in place. Come on bring the new season on and we will plan a special night to watch it.

Nice 3D but boring
27 December 2013
Just spent tree hours watching it on Imax screen in 3D. I slept thru the fist hour then waited for some sort of closure that never made it. This is good to entertain my young son, but definitely not a good example of cinematography. Do not spend them money for it, just wait when it will get to DVD. Having an hard time to get to ten lines of review since I really don't think there is much to say. The movie was sold out and somebody try to start an applause at the end, but literally only two, only 2 people, actually clapped. Everybody else was still at sleep. With this budget you should push the quality notch higher.

A very interesting story, a robust screenplay with an inspired director.

"Il vento fa il suo giro" looks at reality from a very interesting perspective. His look is participating, emotional but at the same time clear, thanks to a direction focuses on the close-up of actors.

It's a touching story about how difficult is the path to integrate a new family within the tissue of a small village up on the Occitan Alps.

The most important aspect of the movie is the rejection of every well established in advance schema. The outcome is a work clearly not accommodating that point the finger to intolerance and desire to growth a new society balance between tradition and innovation.

Most of the actors are not professionals; as a matter of fact they are part of the production team. Because there is no formal funding to the movie everyone co-produced the film and will share the profit, if any.

A very interesting story, a robust screenplay with a inspired director: two thumbs up.

definitely boring
4 February 2008
After reading the score in IMDb I decided to see the movie. The story between Ceylan his wife and the "usual" third girl is dragged for almost two hours without a real path. I have to say the movie is definitely BORING, the screenplay is weak. Too much product placement for a "non" commercial movie. Actors (although non pro) are not acting at all...not worth the time. Ceylan you are not Antonioni, at least not yet. There is a long way to go, and you should ask yourself if you want to be a director, a producer, an actor, or just make money or just have fun. After you've found your true talent we are going to enjoy the product of your work, for the time been I won't watch another movie with the same cast.
