Moneyball (2021)
COME ON BALL
So where to start
First of the bat is the presenter Ian Write
Lovely bloke but not made for Saturday night tele, a poor script and an even poorer 'game' make it impossible for him to build suspense
The Game itself sees contestants try to bank money by dropping a ball from a launcher onto an amount of cash. The money up for grabs continues to climb but so does the pressure as one final ball needs to be played - the Moneyball - that could see a player leaving with their hard-earned prize or going home with nothing.
With a catchphrase of 'COME ON BALL' that should tell you everything
3/10 for me.
Cruel Jaws (1995)
A very boring Shark film
It's a clear Jaws rip off that lacks all the suspense and character development that's needed to make it a stand alone film.
The story seems to get put aside and the shark is thrown around to keep you watching. Not the best and not the worst just a very generic boring shark film with no risks.
Mei ren yu zhi hai dao lai xi (2015)
God awful animation
It's a cute little story that's ruined by its terrible animation and dubbing. Seeing that's it's a Signature Entertainment film I didn't have the highest of hopes for it and my 3 year old (mermaid obsessed) daughter got bored of it with in the first 20 minutes. Maybe have it on in the background if you have other activities planned.
The Gentlemen (2019)
Enjoyable film
A very enjoyable film with some great characters. If you enjoy Guy Ritchie's other films you will definitely like this one, it's a very stylish and charming film that throws you in the deep end. Some great quotes and very visually satisfying.
