The Uninvited (1996 TV Movie)

I liked the movie. Not sure why so many poor reviews. Since ghost hauntings/ghost hunting are pretty cut and dry. I mean, once you watch these on TV shows or in a movie, they are pretty much the same.

Some of the things that were shown to happen, like the blood bubbling up in the bathtub to the basement at the end (reminded me of the movie Poltergeist). I just can't see those things really happening. Or, the boy levitating in the bathroom.

I've lived in a true haunted house. And, had a paranormal investigative team come in, as well as a medium. I have Evps to prove it. We just couldn't get rid of it. So yes, we got out of there.

Irritating to listen to

The characters, the storyline, and the acting were pretty good. The dubbing of English over Spanish was horrible. Why would someone even think this is acceptable to customers, or think they could sell it, and people would be happy with it? Both languages were at the same volume. Even with subtitles, it was very hard to understand. It was like listening to 2 people talking at once.

I barely got through the 1st episode and turned it off before I got a headache.

Netflix needs to do better for 25.00/month, and talking about raising prices. They'll end up losing a lot of customers with this quality of shows/movies.

Honeymoon From Hell (2016 TV Movie)

It's a decent movie

The husband grossed me out with his greasy, stringy, unkempt hair. I wanted to offer him a bottle of Dawn & a barber. It's no wonder his father in law didn't approve of the marriage. I wouldn't want something like that touching my daughter either.

The movie itself was more of an after school special as it is not scary at all. Just a bunch of squabbling with the help, and Alice popping up around every corner. She's definitely busy.
