In the Dark: The Trial of Murphy Mason, Part Two (2022)
Poor Leslie
I'm still in the middle of watching this episode, but man...Poor Leslie. Murphy is a POS. She uses, manipulates and lies to everyone to get what she wants. I really hope karma comes back and gets her in the end. The way this whole show has been, I highly doubt it. The people who have stuck by her side will be the ones to pay for all the crap she's done.
I hope the writers get it together before the story of Murphy Mason ends. And by get it together, I mean put her away forever! Let Felix be free and live a wonderful life. I hope Leslie and Felix can repair their relationship and she can find happiness after Max did that to her.
In the Dark: Going Up (2022)
Ugh!
To be honest, I haven't watched the entire episode yet. But, this is driving me crazy. For one thing, NOBODY cares this much when a violent drug dealer is murdered! Also, Josh is so freaking ridiculous. He's crazy obsessed about putting Murphy away and for what? His feelings were hurt. Whaaa. Poor baby. Annoying as hell. This trial is happening way too fast. It usually takes 1-2 years to gather all evidence and get ready to go to court. How long has Lesley known her and even had time to prepare? I'm hoping that it's all brought up that she was initially brought into this as an unwilling participant. I still can't stand Murphy, so at this point, I'd be ok if she was sent away forever or died.
American Horror Stories: Lake (2022)
Why did they wait so long?
Why did the dead townfolk from the lake wait this long to take Jeffrey? It was the family's lake house. Erin's flashback shows them all there as a family, from not too long ago by their ages. So why didn't the dead townies kill any of them before? That didn't make sense. The acting was subpar. Pretty silly how Erin just believes this and is not freaking out. Hey, a bunch of dead guys from the lake came out and grabbed my husband and took him away with them back into the lake. But that's what they wanted, so oh well!
This wasn't a great end to the season by any means. I stopped watching AHS a couple of
Seasons ago. I thought Stories would be better. Eh, I guess they are both sucking. Boo :(
In the Dark: If Books Could Kill (2022)
I hate Murphy!!
The more this show continues, the more I grow to hate Murphy more and more. She's the most selfish character. Felix was kidnapped because once again, he's trying to help Murphy out of another situation she put everyone in. And of course, all she wants to do is have sex with Max. I can't stand Max with her. Poor choice writers! He is so much better with Leslie. He needs to wake up! And poor Felix! Jess got out and away. It's sad when you have to fake your death to escape Murphy. I hope the end shows some happy endings for our characters- and I actually hope Murphy dies. Maybe then her "friends" can move on from this toxic relationship!
