My domestic situation surely is a big part of seeking leisure time close by. Young kids can be a handful & a financial strain. But I cant help noticing that me and my families carbon-footprint has been an important factor as well - when deciding where to spend our holiday.

As we all know that flying is BIG part of our climate change. So why making these kind of programs too cosy, full of warmth, and relaxation? Perhaps a step into reality when it comes this kind of programs?

Surely airline companies are thrilled and will open their doors wide and generous when in this case, ITV, wants to make a program. Free publicity for all airlines and destinations. Money & greed can be a gently soft blindfold for the truth.

In twenty years people will shake their heads, looking back at this industry. And perhaps we wont feel guilty. But you and me, everyone is (and has been) responsible for the biggest issue: air pollution.

Though I have flown a lot in my lifetime, it's been a while. Perhaps COVID is a big part of it. My domestic situation surely is the main part of seeking leisure time close by. Sometimes a trailer or print-campaign can trigger me to watch the first episode(-s). The quick-snapped Netflix Fanático-production caught my interest.

The impersonation-concept is a bit of a bore & a BIG cliché. But leading actor Ferro does a good job. Convincing & dedicated. There is lot he work with. Nicely & solid dialogues, flashy & snappy cuts. Millennials should be attracted to this.

But despite all the efforts of re-writing, casting jobs, try outs & cutting, editing, re-editing .... Perhaps a movie or a three part series would've been fine.

After the second episode people may be more interested something more solid to watch. Surely there is too much, too many to choose from. So why watching Fanático? You tell me.

Sherwood (II) (2022– )

Pretentious & overdone.

After three episodes: Too many weak story lines without any clue why, where, what. Too many class A-actors gets distracting, without lead. Therefore a murder isn't even tragic but funny. Pretentious drama without cause. Overdone, overrated. Don's want to think of the (over) budget, time and effort to make this. Besides the excessive Co2 which has been produced to make this all happen.

Watching the first episode, nothing new is added to the things other docs already shown. Unfortunately the American voice over makes it all less interesting & believeable. More Disney-esc.
