Designated Survivor (2016)
It goes up and down all the time.
I loved the first season. It delivered the premise. A guy who is not a politician ends up being the president and sorts all kinds of situations. Season two was "American-long" because it lasted twenty-some episodes which are all different in a roller coaster kind of way, although it keeps you interested enough even when they incorporated new characters without giving a proper introduction. The thing with the third season is that it feels disconnected from the previous ones. Some characters just disappeared with no explanation and others were added just without any background. The good part of it, it's that it addresses issues of importance nowadays. It's short in terms of numbers of episodes. And it leaves you wondering after being canceled. Nevertheless, it's always a pleasure to see Kiefer Sutherland on the screen.
Lucifer: Spoiler Alert (2020)
Oh, my Lucifer's Dad... 😳
What a cliffhanger! I hope this means that the rest of the season will be as great. I'm starting to get fond of celestials coming in bunches. :)
Merlin: Lancelot du Lac (2011)
Happy to see Lancelot, but...
I was thrilled when they let viewers know in the previous episode that Lancelot was back. I loved to see Santiago Cabrera again in the series. Nevertheless, like another reviewer said, the script was weak. They could have developed the premise in a more interesting way.
